On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the model explained why she has been so accommodating to Tristan amid his house renovation — and it has everything to do with his younger brother Amari!

Tristan became the teenager’s guardian after their mother died earlier this year. Amari needs a special level of care since he uses a wheelchair and suffers from severe epilepsy, which is why KoKo was so open to letting her ex live with her — even after his cheating scandal.

In the episode, she reflected on her experience helping her ex-husband Lamar recover after his near-fatal overdose, sharing in a confessional:

“I don’t know if this sounds really dark or if anyone would really understand this, but I’m gonna say it. I feel I’m equipped with the tools because of what I went through with Lamar, who couldn’t walk, who was bedridden, who couldn’t speak for months.”

As a refresher, the former Los Angeles Laker was hospitalized in 2015 after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. After a years-long battle with drugs, he had gone too far. The NBA star remained in a coma for months. While he and the Good American founder were already broken up by then, she rushed to his side anyway — and called off the split until he was on the road to recovery.

It sounds like she’s taking Amari’s condition just as seriously as she noted she’s involved with “all of the medical stuff” for the 17-year-old and doing her best to be supportive, especially as Tristan deals with this new responsibility while grieving the loss of a loved one. While trying to comfort the Cleveland Cavaliers player, she compared Lamar’s health challenge with Amari’s, reflecting:

“With my ex-husband, when he was in his coma, some of the doctors were like, ‘He can’t hear, he’s brain damaged,’ and I would play music I knew he likes and I would always talk to him. When he was able to talk, he would say, ‘I heard everything you would say, I would try to talk to you.’ So who knows how much Amari knows.”

It makes sense why she opened her doors instead of urging the Thompsons to head to a hotel! She understands how stressful this can be, and she clearly has a heart of gold!

That said, elsewhere in the episode, she made it very clear that she has NOT started anything romantic with her ex while he’s been staying with her. When Scott Disick asked point blank if she’d gotten “that sausage” or a “little side action,” she insisted they weren’t sleeping in the same bed — or even the same room. Despite their complicated history, though, she said she was NOT opposed to anything happening in the future, insisting:

“If he’s my person, then he’s meant to be my person.”

In a dramatic preview of next week’s episode of The Kardashians, KoKo takes aim at her momma for alleged mistreatment and frustrations over the momager’s own cheating scandal! Buckle up! The sneak peek began with the mother-daughter duo sitting across from each other at a table in the middle of a contentious argument in which the Good American founder complained:

“Whenever you’re ready to admit to me that you f**ked up big time with me.”

The matriarch quickly shot back:

“I did not f**k up big time.”

But the 39-year-old doubled down, arguing:

“I’m never f**king heard. We put a Band-Aid over a bullet hole.”

Damn!!!

Kris only responded with more fire, snapping:

“No, you misunderstood. You’re just somewhere else, you’re spiraling.”

OMG! Guess it’s not just Kourtney Kardashian who has some big problems with her family right now!

While it’s unclear what the mother of two’s initial drama with her mom stemmed from, it’s clear a lot of the controversy has to do with Khloé’s ex Tristan Thompson, who was living with her amid home repairs after he admitted to fathering another child while in a relationship with her. The teaser then cuts to a scene between the co-parents, in which she suggests they have some unfinished business, saying:

“I think we have more things to work out.”

Oh?? Inneresting… Is she tryin’ to get back with him?!

In a confessional, the reality star then declared:

“Where I am at with Tristan has nothing to do with what I expect my family members to do.”

Hmm… With the topic of infidelity heavy on her mind, Khloé then pestered her mother about her own cheating scandal when she was married to the four eldest Kar-Jenner kids’ dad Robert Kardashian Sr. In another heated discussion, the model wondered:

“What was your mindset when you cheated?”

Shocked, the businesswoman replied”

“You’re asking me?”

Her daughter then quipped”

“Who the f**k else am I talking to?”

Spicy!!

If you didn’t know, Kris has admitted to cheating on her late ex-husband Robert with former soccer player Todd Waterman, which ultimately “broke up [her] family,” she said on the InCharge With DVF podcast in 2020. Not long after the marriage ended, she met Caitlyn Jenner, and they instantly hit it off, tying the knot just one month after her divorce from the attorney was finalized in 1991.

Oh, and before Robert, she was actually engaged to a golf pro named Cesar Sanudo, and in her 2011 autobiography, she revealed she was caught cheating on him with the Armenian lawyer. Oof. So, she has a long history of affairs. That obviously has to be complicated for KoKo who is dealing with her family being broken up because of Tristan’s problematic behavior!

Kai took to Instagram on Thursday with a lengthy statement calling out the athlete for allegedly neglecting his 6-year-old and BLASTING Kimmy Kakes for her commentary during the latest episode of The Kardashians!

If you missed it, the SKIMS founder gushed about what a “good friend” and “good dad” Tristan is, despite all the nasty things he’s done to her sister Khloé. At one point, she even gushed about how above and beyond he goes to be supportive of her and her kids, like attending their basketball games and taking them to dinner. While this is all great for Kim, it’s BRUTAL to hear for the Craigs, because Tristan allegedly isn’t doing any of this for his son! WHAT?!

In a heated message to her sister’s baby daddy, Kai wrote:

“It has been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister’s privacy I haven’t for over 7 years, but this is just too much. It’s so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can’t seem to show up and be a real parent for my nephew Prince.”

Addressing the model’s remarks, she continued:

“The fact that he can take other children to school and activities in the same city, yet never sees or speaks to his own son, unless it’s for a party or planned photo opportunity, is appalling and inexcusable.”

Damn. That is awful! And surprising, honestly. After all, the Cleveland Cavaliers star does try to make it appear like he’s involved in his little man’s life — like talking about him (even in Thursday’s ep!) and often posting photos of him — much unlike his treatment to his other son, Theo! Nevertheless, Kai thinks this neglect should be very obvious to the KarJenners, and that’s why she’s so pissed Kim chose to ignore it! She told the reality star:

“@KimKardashian I don’t want to believe that you are this insensitive to the fact that he literally ignores his children. That’s nice if he’s been a good friend to you, but let’s consider our sisters before taking to global platforms to defend this man’s character.”

Worse, Kai then claimed Tristan has stopped paying child support, despite previous reports that he has been paying $40,000 a month, via DailyMail.com in August. She complained:

“To set the record straight, the child support rumors are INACCURATE! Tristian has not paid that child support in a very long time and has stopped paying Prince’s school tuition. Yet he’s being applauded for picking-up/dropping-off other kids to school/activities. He hasn’t even inquired where Prince goes to school now.”

WTF?!

Not even knowing where his son goes to school is nuts!

Meanwhile, Jordan is hustling to provide the best life possible for her son, her sis shared:

“Despite it all, my sister continues to work multiple jobs as she has since she was 16-years-old, so that Prince will never have to feel a difference. But regardless, stepping up for your son is not all about money it’s about the time spent. @RealTristan13 you are NOT a good father if you can’t be a good father to ALL of your children.”

Basically, they’re BFFs and have bonded since Kim’s split from Kanye West — even though Tristan has betrayed her sister, Khloé Kardashian!

So, naturally, everyone watching at home had a tough time taking in Kim’s raving commentary! And they let their feelings be known on Reddit! Not mincing any words, the critics argued:

“Such a good dad yet doesn’t see his other kids. Lol ok girl”

Yeah, they aren’t wrong…

Not only did he cheat on KoKo numerous times, but he also fathered a child with another woman — Maralee Nichols — while with the Good American founder! And he will hardly acknowledge that baby’s existence! So calling him an excellent father does seem like a little bit of a stretch. At least if you’re taking into account all his kids! (He also shares son Prince, 6, with ex Jordan Craig and Tatum, 1, with Khloé.)

We get that the whole family has grown to have their own relationships with the 32-year-old at this point since he’s been in the fold for so long. But we’d expect them to be a bit more loyal and protective of Khloé! Ya know??

Acknowledging that his eldest child with KoKo — daughter True, 5 — is beginning to figure out the messy dynamic between her parents (all while the exact same thing is happening with his son Prince, 6, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig), he mused:

“True’s understanding stuff. Prince understands things. They go to school and they have classmates. The last thing I want them to do is ever feel embarrassed that I’m their father.”

We can’t imagine kindergartners are really gossiping about the cheating scandal between the reality stars, but it will surely come in time. Especially if he keeps up with the problematic actions!

Plus the complicated fact Tristan has pretty much ignored that baby completely! We mean, they’re gonna have some Qs!

The reality TV star tried to reassure the Cleveland Cavaliers player by encouraging him to focus on his future, noting:

“Just remember, you’re not your past. Your past doesn’t define you. Moving forward, hold yourself in a way that you will be proud of. Or if your kids read something about you, you’re going to be proud of that. Your legacy, what you want to leave behind, is way greater than what the world has been exposed to.”

She added:

“You’re a good person at your core, that’s why I was with you. Everyone has done dumb s**t in their life, just not everyone does it on a public platform, which sucks. […] All of us, we’re always rooting for you, we always want the best for you. We believe in you as a person.”

If anything can get Tristan to shape up, maybe it’ll be his kids?! Romance certainly wasn’t the thing that did it…

In the new episode of The Kardashians out on Thursday, the exes sat down for a heart-to-heart about their tumultuous relationship. After doing a ton of soul searching while grieving the death of his mother, the NBA star admitted he has had a hard time figuring out why he has continually “hurt” one of his favorite people, saying:

“I think going down this journey that I’ve been on right now, especially what happened to my mom, I always ask myself, ‘Why do certain things to hurt certain people?’ I think the thing that always sticks to my mind, it’s like, I know how much I care about you, I know how much I love you. You’re my best friend. I meet my person — how come I’ve done so much wrong things to them? Why put you through that?”

WOW.

Dropping the L bomb AND calling KoKo his “person”?! After the way he treated her?? Jeez. He’s laying it on thick — and his ex-girlfriend didn’t take the bait!

Irritated by the fact the athlete keeps referring to her as his person — despite numerous cheating scandals!!! — the Good American founder expressed in a confessional:

“I’m not saying I don’t believe him but I’ve heard this and, of course, it’s angered me before. Because I’m like, ‘well, if I f**king am, then why would you have treated me this way?’ And how many times. This isn’t like a one-time thing and here we are. I love love and I am a hopeless romantic but that’s not going to change how I feel and what happened.”

She then totally BLASTED HIM for having the audacity to call her his person without treating her as such:

“If what you say is true if you really thought I was your person or whatever you just said then that means you’ll feel that much more affected by losing me and want to change, for yourself — not because there’s a prize at the end of it.”

Yas, tell him!!!

She’s certainly given him enough chances at this point! But even though she’s not going to open her heart again, she has handed him the keys to her house! Explaining why she allowed Tristan and his teenage brother Amari to move in with her amid a home renovation, she told her ex:

“No matter what, we’re not a family of, ‘eye for an eye,’ especially in times of need. That’s when you rally together and I want to be good for the lifetimes after this. I want my karma just to always be great. And I’m not justifying anything you’ve done. I mean, obviously, everything you did, it was f**ked up and I’m strong enough that it’s not going to break me.”

As for why she’s staying so strong and being so kind to him, she added elsewhere:

“We’re going to be in each other’s lives for the rest of each other’s lives because of our kids, so I’m not going to fight that and I’m going to make sure it’s as nice as possible, for me.”

The 39-year-old continued in a confessional:

“I mean, what happened between Tristan and I was not some small little incident, it was some massive situation that really was a very traumatic experience for me and my life, so I’m not going to forget it but I’m so proud that I’m able to be kind and mature. And show my children that Mommy and Daddy can co-exist and be co-parents, and I’m able to be here for him when he’s in his time of need. Someone that I really did not want to look at just a couple months ago, I have living under my roof.”

She’s setting a great example for their kids, that’s for sure! But damn! She better keep up her boundaries cause it sure as heck sounds like Tristan’s trying to wiggle his way back into a relationship! Hopefully, he uses the personal journey he’s on to really figure out why he’s causing all this harm and to do some work on himself to stop it once and for all.

In Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the sisters got candid about why they have continued to defend and even house the NBA player despite all the s**tty things he’s done! Khloé, who has been letting her ex and his little bro Amari — whom he is now the primary caretaker of — live in her home during renovations, began by saying in a confessional:

“I definitely feel overwhelmed and I guess stressed at times, but I’m not the one going through most of the pain here.”

Honestly, we give her so much credit for being so mature and selfless through this! It cannot be easy after his latest cheating scandal!

Elsewhere in the episode, the Good American founder reflected:

“I’m not naïve to [the] fact that my ex-boyfriend is living in my house and that we’re in really sensitive times.”

While acknowledging “Tristan is in the very fresh stages of grieving [his mom],” she insisted she has established strong boundaries to make sure they don’t fall into old patterns, she explained:

“I never want to be someone that anyone can accuse that I misled them when it comes to love. I think I’m so adamant about that because I’ve been on the receiving end of it and I just don’t think love is something you play with.”

The 39-year-old added later:

“I lost a parent, I don’t wish that on anybody. I don’t care what you did to me, this is something beyond my pain. My moral compass is saying for me to be a good person and be supportive when someone is in need, so everyone do what your moral compass says, I’m gonna do what mine says.”

As she should! That said, in the premiere episode, she was complaining about Tristan and Amari overstaying their welcome, so even her kindness has a limit. LOLz!

As for Kim K’s relationship with Tristan, it’s equally as complex. The SKIMS founder opened up to cameras about why she’ll never kick the Cleveland Cavaliers player to the curb, dishing:

“I know you guys are gonna hate me for this, and you’re gonna hate us, and you’re gonna think Khloé’s whatever. It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and he’s such a good dad, but he just couldn’t get it together in that area of being a faithful boyfriend.”

The understatement of a lifetime! Hah! Despite his messy past, she continued:

“You want to obviously hate him for that. Yeah, of course, his actions and who he was are so f**ked up, I can’t deny that, and we’ve had our talks about it and had our fights about it… but he’s also shown so many decent things and has been a really good person and friend.”

Aside from being a good father to his kids with KoKo, True, 5, and son Tatum, 1, Tristan is also an incredible uncle to the older model’s kiddos and has been a reliable support system for the 42-year-old amid her rocky split from Kanye West, she noted:

“When he saw me struggling with my kids, he stepped up. He started showing up to the games, he picks them up, takes them to dinner, and will always come to my defense, especially if it’s stuff with with me and my ex, and I never really forgot that. I’ll never really throw someone away and act like I don’t feel like they can’t grow and evolve.”

Very sweet! And it makes so much sense. As much bad history as they have, they have plenty of good history, too! Since he’ll always be part of the family, we suppose it’s better they try to get along than make things problematic for True and Tatum — that said, we do hope they don’t let his bad actions go unpunished! Khloé deserves better!

On Monday The Kardashians star took to Instagram to share some brand new clips of her 1-year-old son Tatum Thompson walking around and exploring in the backyard! In the first video, the sweet little guy can be seen wearing some gray sweatpants and a white tank top while he stands near a fountain and splashes in the water. He’s got a tight grip on a rock as he splashes in the small fountain.

At one point, Koko tells her boy “No!” as his curiosity gets the best of him and he attempts to taste the water. Ha!

KoKo, being incredibly selfless, offered them a place in her home. But apparently, there was a strict timeline… and Tristan’s taken advantage of her kindness! In a confessional, the 39-year-old groaned:

Hah!

Part of the reason she seems so determined to get him outta her house is because she wants everyone to stop thinking they’re an item again after his ugly cheating scandal! Kim Kardashian said elsewhere in the episode that her little sis is “so sensitive” when anyone mentions the athlete or implies they’re “together”.

The Good American founder proved this when she added:

“I need people to think I’m single.”

Wait… to THINK she’s single?! Girl, if that’s not the most suspicious wording we’ve ever heard! LOLz!
