The Bear star is in the middle of a shocking divorce from Addison Timlin. The actors had been married for four years but together for many more. The big complication, of course, is that they share two daughters, Ezer Billie, 4, and Dolores Wild, 2. Addison has been incredibly candid about the challenges of life as a “single mom” since this spring, suggesting her ex hasn’t been the most helpful of dads amid the split. And now we have more insight into their issues.

According to new court documents obtained by EW on Wednesday, the exes have reached a custody agreement — but it comes with strings! In the filing, Jeremy has agreed to regular sobriety testing in order to see his kids! Specifically, the 32-year-old will test TWICE a day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, plus THREE times a day on the Saturdays he has custodial time. Things are more relaxed on Sundays — he must only test once.

Holy s**t!

That is an insane amount of sobriety testing, right?! There must be some serious concerns about his alcohol consumption around the kids!!

To keep him accountable, the Shameless alum will do all this using a device called Soberlink, which is described as a “professional-grade breathalyzer system with facial recognition that automatically sends results in real-time to designated individuals.” It’s unclear who the results will be sent to in his case or what the consequences might be if he misses any of these tests or it doesn’t come back confirming he’s sober. There’s no telling how long he’ll be required to complete these tests either.

Along with this, Jeremy has also agreed to attend individual therapy at least once a week and at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week. Whoa.

So far, the only speculation about what went wrong in this relationship, which has been going on for at least 10 years, came from an ET source who claimed they “were having trust issues.” Considering how quickly he moved on with another woman, we assumed cheating concerns. But seems like Jeremy’s alleged addiction might have had something to do with it??

During the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion on Wednesday, Shannon’s alleged addiction became the center of attention — as it had several times throughout the season. At one point while discussing Shannon’s relationship issues with ex John Janssen, Heather Dubrow asked Shannon if she “really” thinks she’s this “Machiavellian behind the scenes,” to which Shannon agreed. Calling her “the town crier,” Heather then argued:

“Please don’t get angry with me, [but] you tend to drink and call some of us.”

Instantly, Shannon got upset and snapped, “That’s a f**ked up thing to say to me.”

Referencing several of the things said throughout the series, particularly by Heather, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Emily Simpson, she continued:

“Do I go out and drink sometimes? For you to say I need rehab, for you to say, like, paint a picture so that I’m calling people every single night, for you to say that I can breathalyze. You say it’s my truth serum when I haven’t had an intimate conversation.”

Wow!

For clarity, during a confessional in August, Gina insisted Shannon should “check [her]self into rehab” while Emily joked she should attach a breathalyzer to her phone so she could check her alcohol consumption before calling people. During the heated reunion, Gina clapped back by accusing the mother of three of not wanting to address her personal struggles, saying:

“You don’t wanna look at that? … You don’t wanna look at all, though, Shannon. You don’t want to look at it.”

Shannon then tried to shut down the whole conversation by reiterating that she doesn’t “like” Gina, explaining:

“From the beginning of you starting the show, you said in your first season when I was going through my acrimonious divorce [from David Beador], you said I masked with alcohol, and I said, ‘Did I drink more this year? Absofreakinglutely.'”

She ended her rant by emphasizing her “job is to be Shannon Storms Beador” and that she is going to “act the way I am” regardless of being on a TV show. Phew. It’s unfortunate these ladies couldn’t get through to her before things turned dangerous… Check out the intense argument (below):

As mentioned, just over a week after filming this reunion, Shannon crashed into a Newport Beach home while allegedly driving under the influence. According to a report from TMZ this week, sources close to Shannon revealed she has enrolled in an outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component. But that said, the Bravolebrity still plans on joining Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson for their upcoming Tres Amigas comedy shows. The problem with that is, though? A huge part of their act initially involved alcohol.

Considering Shannon was recently busted for driving while intoxicated, we wouldn’t think this would be the best environment for her right now. However, the outlet reports that the television personality won’t be drinking during the tour. The trio also has restructured the show! Instead of focusing primarily on alcohol, they will focus more on their friendship.

According to a bombshell report in Variety on Tuesday, Johnny Depp fans just paid court fees to release documents from his case against Amber Heard — and it’s some wild stuff! Specifically, they got their hands on notes from Amber’s therapist, Dr. Dawn Hughes. A source close to Heard confirmed the notes referred to her time filming Aquaman 2 and were from a session that took place on December 27, 2021. Another source said her lawyers fought the release of the therapy notes, which were subpoenaed by Johnny’s attorneys during discovery. Per the outlet, the fans dropped the heated content on Reddit the same day the studio released the latest trailer for the film in mid-September, creating yet another hurdle for the project, which has seemed cursed from Day One — despite the first being the highest grossing DC universe movie!

The notes — scribbled on a legal pad — were, of course, used as part of the defamation case last year and describe Amber taking aim at everyone around her, not just Johnny! The accusations she makes against Jason are jaw-dropping — she claims he tried to get her axed from as the female lead AND dressed up like her infamous ex! WHAT?!

Jason had it out for Amber during filming — or at least that’s what she told her therapist. In the notes, she is paraphrased as saying:

“Jason said he wanted me fired. Jason drunk — late on set. Dressing like Johnny. Has all the rings too.”

Oof. There have long been rumors that Amber’s role was at stake — but during the trial, others made it seem like Jason had actually helped her keep her job. Guess that’s not what she thought…

That said, it really depends who you believe. A DC spokesperson denied the accusations, arguing:

“Jason Momoa conducted himself in a professional manner at all times on the set of ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.’”

Another person, who was on the London set in 2021, added:

“Jason works his ass off, likes to have a beer once in a while like everyone, but doesn’t show up drunk to set.”

The insider also noted the two stars got along and were seen joking together while working on the project. As for Jason’s clothes? They dished:

“And he isn’t dressing like Johnny Depp. He has always dressed in that bohemian style.”

That’s definitely true. One could be forgiven for mistaking his hats and sunglasses and chunky rings for being Depp tributes, but he really does just dress like that.

Whether Jason was out to get Amber or just heard about her accusations and got upset after the fact, there is some evidence the co-stars aren’t on good terms right now! This summer, the Fast X star actually unfollowed his onscreen love interest on Instagram — and one source noted he blocked her from following him! Yeesh. Never a good sign!

Meanwhile, the therapy notes also took aim at another person behind the superhero flick! Amber also said she felt unsupported by the movie’s director, James Wan, who supposedly treated her like a pariah because of her legal drama with the Pirates of the Caribbean star. The notes explained:

“He raised his voice @ me — ‘I can’t even post about Aquaman’ — made it like it was my fault — I said ‘I’m sorry.’ Nobody could take selfies with me on set given blackout.”

While not being able to take selfies is a bit trivial, it seems she felt no one had her back! But the DC spokesperson denied this as well, urging:

“James is known for treating members of his cast and crew with the utmost respect and for fostering a positive, collaborative environment on set — the ‘Aquaman’ films were no exception.”

While all the leading players in this ordeal have declined to comment when approached by Variety, things could get very messy if the stars get the chance to promote the film. Because of the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, Jason and Amber have no plans to do any promo before the flick hits theaters on December 20, but if things should get resolved before then, they’re gonna have to address this controversy in interviews! According to Page Six on Friday, Jamie Spears NEVER went to rehab, as had been previously reported. Instead, he’s been in the hospital for WEEKS! A source claimed the controversial patriarch has been battling a serious health concern, detailing:

“Jamie has been suffering with a bad infection that has required surgery. He has been hospitalized for weeks in a special infectious disease facility.”

A second insider close to the family noted the 71-year-old is “severely ill.” Per a People confidant, Jamie is struggling with a bacterial infection. However, there apparently is good news. As that initial source claimed, the second insider confirmed he is now in an infectious disease outpatient facility and on the mend, per that outlet as well.

Page Six‘s sources also insisted Daily Mail’s previous claims that Jamie is an alcoholic and was in rehab over the summer are fake. So, we suppose he’s not living with Jamie Lynn Spears either?!?! It was just back on Wednesday when DM reported the father of three was apparently living at the Zoey 101 alum’s guest house in Louisiana after leaving treatment in July. He was apparently worrying loved ones as he was “already drinking again.” But that may not be the case?!

It’s unclear where he is currently undergoing treatment. We suppose he could still be near his youngest daughter… Regardless, this is not the first time Jamie has dealt with health challenges this year. In August, TMZ claimed he was hospitalized “several months ago” due to complications with a knee replacement he had done in the mid-2000s. The issue had caused him to lose lots of weight and be in and out of medical care. Back in 2018, he was also rushed to the hospital when his colon ruptured.

Britney has not addressed the health issues yet. Obviously, this sounds like a very serious situation, so we send Jamie and the family well wishes.

Jason Derulo is coming under fire for allegedly promising to advance a young artist’s career — ONLY if she had sex with him!

Emaza Gibson filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday, which was obtained by NBC News. In the filing, she claims the Watcha Say artist reached out to her with a record deal offer in August 2021.

She’d had a successful musical career with her sisters known as Ceraadi, and they had more than a million subscribers on YouTube. But when the 25-year-old’s siblings were done with the industry, she was still pushing content online in hopes of starting a solo career. Ceraadi had been invited to a group session with Jason before their breakup, so he was already familiar with her.

In the summer of 2021, she was excited about the opportunity to work with Derulo in a joint venture between his music imprint, Future History, and Atlantic Records. The deal required her to produce a mixtape within four months and an album in six, all with the help the of Talk Dirty star as a producer. He would also feature on a single of hers. Gibson believed Derulo chose her ’cause he needed to bring a fresh artist to Atlantic to launch the project.

Speaking to NBC News, she reflected:

“I’m like, OK, well, Jason is a great artist — big, international, powered with Atlantic — this should be a no-brainer, and I should be able to, you know, start my solo career.”

The singers started to work together to create music to present to Atlantic execs before they would sign off on the deal, per the suit. But things started to go downhill as she alleged Jason would often invite her to drinks and dinner at a members-only lounge — but she always declined to keep their relationship strictly professional.

That said, she did agree to have a drink with the 34-year-old in the studio in September 2021, and she feels Jason took advantage of it, she told the outlet:

“I told him that I wasn’t a drinker … so it’s like, you know, you’re not listening to that the first time I tell you, and you’re still pushing on me. It’s, like, pressure at this point.”

Then in November 2021, she told Jason she would NOT go against any of her morals just to gain success. In the suit, she alleged the Glad U Came vocalist warned she might have to take part in “goat skin and fish scales.”

She told NBC News, she knew “fish scales” referred to a strain of cocaine, but she had to look up “goat skin,” and through a quick search, found it referred to rituals involving sex, goat sacrifices, and blood.

WTF?!?

In her lawsuit, the up-and-coming artist declared she felt this disturbing statement was an “explicit demand for sex-in-exchange-for-success” from her mentor — and it was only reinforced by other NSFW behavior, such as pressures to go out with him and the scheduling of late-night studio sessions. Things escalated that same month in NYC when the pair was finally meeting up with Atlantic execs. Jason reportedly showed up with a woman named Rosa minutes before the meeting, and while the women were alone, she told Gibson he was on “some f**k s**t,” implying Jason was allegedly having sex with Rosa.

During the meeting, JD allegedly showcased music the other woman had recorded, and Gibson took her involvement in the meeting as a sign of Rosa’s success “because you’re sleeping with this dude,” she told NBC News. After, when his manager Frank Harris asked her how the meeting went, she admitted she was “thrown off guard” by Rosa’s appearance — but this sent Derulo OFF. She claimed he “immediately lost control and began aggressively hitting his arm rests screaming, ‘What does she have to do with you!? We weren’t going to tell you anything! We don’t have to tell you anything!” Then, per the suit, he went “radio silent,” refusing to assign her a project manager or answer her messages even though she’d signed the deal with AR. Jeez.

In June 2022, she was witness to the R&B songwriter’s alleged rage when she was running late to a recording session with him. He allegedly charged at her in front of her momma and his staff, she told NBC News:

“I had to step back… my hand just clutched my chest because I was like, I’ve, I’ve never been approached this way by anybody.”

That was the last time she saw the crooner. She was dropped by Atlantic in September 2022, per the lawsuit, which she told NBC News was “heartbreaking,” she explained:

“I have anxiety, I’m traumatized. I’ve dealt with inhumane work situations. I’m at this point where I’m back to zero, and I have nothing.”

As a result of this experience, she was allegedly diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (after she suffered breakdowns) and other medical issues, she noted in the suit via TMZ. While she and her mom have tried to contact the recording company’s HR department via email about their concerns, they have not successfully reached anyone. She now wants to fight to protect other artists:

“I’m just trying to fight for what’s right. Because what was done to me was not OK. And I wouldn’t want anybody else to go through what I went through. They wasted my time. They promised me things… ‘Forget the contract.’ That’s what I was told. But if I wasn’t going to do, if I wasn’t doing my part according to this contract, I would be in trouble. I would be held accountable.”

In her suit, she has accused Jason, his imprints, and Atlantic Records of sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, a failure to remedy workplace harassment, and violation of California’s civil rights act. She’s seeking unpaid wages, loss of earnings, deferred compensation, and other employment benefits and damages for emotional distress. Wow.

As for the other side…

Jason has already broken his silence on this icky matter via a brief Instagram video early on Friday morning. He denied the allegations, saying:

“I wouldn’t normally comment but these claims are completely false and hurtful. I stand against all forms of harassment and I remain supportive of anybody following their dreams. I’ve always strived to live my life in a positively impactful way, and that’s why I sit here before you deeply offended, by these defamatory claims. God bless.”

He reportedly left the treatment facility in July and moved into a guest house on his youngest daughter Jamie Lynn Spears and her husband Jamie Watson‘s property in Louisiana.

However, his post-rehab life hasn’t been smooth sailing. The source claimed to the outlet that the family has been very concerned about him as Jamie has allegedly not remained sober since leaving the center:

“Jamie just got out of rehab, but is already drinking again, which worries Lynne and Jamie Lynn.”

For weeks now, reports have claimed the Real Housewives of New York City star was part of a big lawsuit against Bravo’s parent company NBCUniversal, in which many cast members are fighting for change in the reality TV industry. It was seemingly part of her “reality reckoning” campaign… but now she’s clearing the air on all that!

Taking to her Instagram with a lengthy statement on Sunday, the Skinnygirl CEO doubled down on her desire to see “systemic change” at the network — but insisted she’s NOT taking legal action. She explained:

“I have not hired lawyers nor am I suing, facts misrepresented by the press. I have directed wronged talent and production members to legal representation and am fighting for systemic change in a damaged institution. The reality reckoning, is true, real, and I’ll lead by example and evolve for myself and for my daughter. This is not only a reckoning within an industry but one within myself…”

Whoa.

She went on to reflect on her time on reality TV, acknowledging she was part of the problem by creating “conflict and judgment” with women she “pretended to know,” explaining:

“I’ve now spent time with and understand many of them — absent of cameras, publicists, media articles, and shows designed to bring out our worst. I adored many of them long before reality tv, and began to strongly dislike many of them.”

She then wondered if the other stars had “changed” or if the “toxic environment designed for ratings” had impacted their friendships, noting:

“To be successful in reality tv, you must kill or be killed. To not get dirty is to get fired. Someone is winning and someone is losing in this zero sum game where people like myself get rich and the less strategic go broke or get cancelled.”

The 52-year-old was obviously very “good at the game” — and she insists that’s because she began the show when she was “broke and desperate and wanted ‘it’ so badly,” elaborating:

“My one liners and quick wit (crafted and honed from a dysfunctional childhood) often at others’ expense, shot me through the ranks of this toxic cesspool. This medium preys on and profits from the emotionally flawed and damaged.”

That said, the businesswoman claimed she “did not know what” she was getting herself into — but even if she did realize how messy it was going to be, she wouldn’t change anything since she’s no longer “broke and afraid.” She clarified further in the caption:

“To clarify, me saying I would do it again means I was scared & desperate and that is what is exploited in all of us. I can explain it to you. I can’t understand it for you and I have no doubt about my feelings or actions about it. I know I’m correct.”

The Bethenny host went on to ask if signing up for a reality show justifies “an environment designed to exploit women,” musing:

“Should it create a society at large glorifying women trashing each other for profit? I wanted to be something and helped create this genre paving the road for those behind me. Am I biting the hand that fed me? Perhaps, but maybe that hand deserves to be bitten. We have fed the machine ratings, ad dollars, catch phrases and content. We get filthy and they get filthy rich.”

Bethenny has a net worth of $80 million, so, uhhh, we’d say she got filthy rich, too! Some of her fellow reality stars aren’t so lucky, though, and she seems to be speaking out on their behalf in hopes of fixing the alleged issues of mistreatment in the genre. And she’s not thrilled with NBC’s response to the backlash so far, in which they merely promised to “monitor alcohol,” detailing:

“A letter about an on set psychologist and a reduction of alcohol consumption is a nice step, but won’t suffice.”

During the first episode of his new podcast Everybody Loves Tom, the Vanderpump Rules star got super vulnerable, opening up about his decision to become sober five months ago. He shared with fans and co-host Jason Bader:

“I haven’t drank since — I believe it was April 4th or 5th. I didn’t really tell a lot of people during the process. I think that kind of helps. I also quit smoking cigarettes. I was kind of at the point where I was just chain-smoking cigarettes all day, every day.”

At the time, Sandoval was facing a ton of intense backlash for the cheating scandal from fans to his fellow castmates to even big-name celebs like Jennifer Lawrence. Things got so bad amid Scandoval that his days often included alcohol and exercise. In fact, the reality star admitted when he finished working out, he immediately would begin drinking:

“If I wasn’t working out, I was drinking. If I wasn’t drinking, I was working out.”

Weeks following the affair news broke, Sandoval said  his “nerves” were wrecked from the public hatred that was directed toward him while on tour with Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras. He explained that before the cheating scandal, he would have had as many as “three shots, three beers” to relax before shows. However, Sandoval decided to go cold turkey — notably on the same day Rachel checked into a mental health facility.

Wow.

Even though he and his fellow band members were dealing with “angry” and “really mean” crowds, Sandoval was determined to stick to being sober and continue to tour. Before anyone mentioned the fact that the television personality could have canceled the shows, he shared on the podcast he “had” to perform still since he lost endorsements and jobs, including Winter House, following the scandal. More than that, Sandoval said quitting drinking and going on tour saved his life:

“Honestly, I think that, you know, quitting the drinking, you know, and going on tour like it might have actually saved my life. I can’t imagine being cooped up because I couldn’t go anywhere at the time, you know, being cooped up in a place, not being able to do anything, just wallowing in misery.”

Whether you love or hate him post-Scandoval, you cannot deny his choice to stop drinking and smoking is great. We’re sending our best wishes to him during his sobriety journey!
