The NFL legend and business partner Alex Guerrero, who co-founded TB12, Inc. together, have apparently decided to go their separate ways. And Tom’s way? It’s the heck away from TB12 altogether! Sports reporter Dale Arnold was the first to report the news on Tuesday, tweeting:

“Word I’m hearing is that Tom Brady and Alex Guerrero are no longer in business together. TB12 seems to be closing all facilities and there may be a new business model for Brady.”

After that sources confirmed the split to WEEI.com, saying Tom had chosen to walk away from TB12 altogether, quietly selling off his shares nearly a year ago. Per one insider Tom wasn’t making any money from the alternative sports medicine industry:

They said “TB12 was losing tons of money,” and Tom decided to cut his losses. The outlet also confirmed the TB12 store in Foxboro, Massachusetts is closing its doors on October 20. But it’s not all over yet…

In September Guerrero announced a new venture called TBRx, which we naturally assumed was an offshoot of TB12. We mean, it still bears Tom Brady’s initials, after all. Tom even threw in a quote on Guerrero’s press release, saying:

“I have personally witnessed the transformative power of Alex’s Total Body Recovery approach throughout my career. It has been instrumental in keeping me at my peak performance level year after year.”

It seems that might have been more in the realm of a favor for an old friend than a promotion of his own business though. WEEI‘s source did say the pair “very much” still get along — Mommy and Daddy just can’t be in business anymore. Not that anyone would have known without this reporting…

We mean, Tom never said he wasn’t involved in the new TB-whatever. He didn’t lie and say he was… but the implication is there. Were Brady and Guerrero trying to pull a fast one? Because without Tom’s name and GOAT status as part of the brand, it’s just another sports medicine company, sans the actual medicine?

Innerestingly this all comes after a shocking report from the Daily Beast that the TB12 Foundation — Tom’s charity — had allegedly given at least $1.6 million to TB12, Inc. Money that was meant to be for “at-risk athletes” in need was actually going, per tax documents obtained by the outlet, to help keep the TB12 business afloat. That jibes with the reporting that the company was losing money.

Was Tom really self-dealing? Funneling charity money to his business?? That’s self-dealing, and it’s essentially stealing from charity if so. Disgusting.

We didn’t hear much about the accusations afterward. But it’s starting to look like that bombshell report was not without consequence. See, that came out in November 2022. Remember when Tom quietly jumped ship from TB12, per the new reporting? Almost a year ago? Falls perfectly in line, don’t it?? It’s almost like their little scheme to keep TB12 up and running was exposed, and Tom chose to get the hell out of Dodge while he still could!

Just days after the bombshell report accusing Russell Brand of sexual assault dropped, he is being accused of even more heinous crimes.

On Monday, the UK newspaper The Times revealed “several women” contacted them reportedly with new allegations against the star after reading their initial report exposing the actor for alleged instances of rape, sexual assault, and sexual and emotional abuse. The paper did not elaborate on what kind of allegations these new women have made, but insisted the claims “will now be rigorously checked.”

Alongside The Sunday Times and Channel 4’s show Dispatchers, The Times claimed on Saturday that four women (including his ex-girlfriend Jordan Martin and an anonymous then-16-year-old) had been the victims of disturbing sexual incidents that took place between 2006 and 2013. Even more women accused him of inappropriate workplace behavior, too. At this time, he has vehemently denied all claims made against him.

That said, the controversy isn’t going anywhere. According to the outlet, government minister Caroline Nokes encouraged Scotland Yard to thoroughly investigate the “incredibly shocking and criminal” allegations, which she believes are “first and foremost a matter for the police.”

In response, they told People on Monday that London’s Metropolitan Police was “aware of media reporting of a series of allegations of sexual assault” but they “have not received any reports in relation to this” yet. That said, they are in communication with the investigative outlets and want to “ensure that any victims of crime who they have spoken with are aware of how they may report any criminal allegations to police” — adding that they can come forward “no matter how long ago it happened.”

The BBC, Channel 4, and Banijay, the new owners of the TV company Endemol, are all conducting investigations of their own while Russell is losing partnerships left and right, including Trevi Women and Children’s Charity UK who terminated their relationship with the 48-year-old and his Stay Free Foundation.

It would seem the Forgetting Sarah Marshall lead’s problems are FAR from over — especially if these new women who have just come forward start talking.

This week, according to DailyMail.com, the reality TV star and Jeff Bezos‘ fiancée went head to head at the Kering Foundation’s Caring For Women Dinner when auctioneer Lydia Fenet announced a Couture Experience from Balenciaga was up for grabs. Yes, controversial Balenciaga! During the event at The Pool in NYC, the two ladies put their friendship aside to get into a bidding war over the designer brand’s offerings.

Lauren was sitting across from Kim at another table, and the two went back and forth with their bids, making the price for the experience go higher and higher. It didn’t look like either of them were even close to stopping, either, when the auctioneer finally capped the price at $200,000 bucks! Whoa!

Now, this is sure to raise an eyebrow or two, seeing as how just last year Kim was seemingly DONE with the fashion house following their disastrous campaign involving children and BDSM teddy bears.

So why do it? Well, apparently, it was all about raising money for the Malala Fund, the National Network to End Domestic Violence, and the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault. But if you’re wondering, yes, the winnings ended up going to both Kim and Lauren, who both paid the $200k for their respective Couture Experiences. Another person at Kim’s table also slapped down their own $200k to get their own hand in B pot, so that raised the full charity donation to $600 THOUSAND BUCKS! That’s some serious cash for some seriously good causes!

According to a probable cause statement from police in Seattle, a University of Washington student named Angelina Tran was murdered by her stepfather in one of the most brutal slayings we’ve ever heard of. Per the statement — which was supported by security camera footage — Angelina’s mother and stepfather were arguing in the early morning on August 7 when he got violent, hitting the poor woman at least 15 times. Angelina heard the attack and got in the way, getting struck instead as he continued to swing at the mother. Ultimately her mom was able to get away, leaving the 21-year-old to bear all of her stepfather’s wrath instead. Prosecutors said in a criminal complaint:

“Angelina Tran’s intervention allowed her mother to escape and hide in a nearby bedroom, but the defendant did not stop his attack.”

Angelina’s mom called 911 from her hiding place in the Beacon Hill home, but the response wasn’t even close to making it in time to save her daughter.

The engineering student and her stepfather wrestled, according to authorities, falling onto a folding dog kennel. The stepdad, identified as Nghiep Kein Chau, could then be seen in the video dragging her back into the kitchen, opening a drawer, and pulling out a meat cleaver. According to the docs, throughout the attack, “Angelina continued to try and fight Nghiep off, and at times turned her back toward him, resulting in her getting stabbed in the back.” Prosecutors say he stabbed his stepdaughter over and over until well after she “stopped displaying any signs of life.”

Perhaps most shockingly Chau took a long break and then returned to stabbing. He told police he took the time to change his clothes at one point because there was too much blood — and he had gotten so wet he got cold.

Yeah. We’re struggling to wrap our heads around that one. He… got cold.

Police who watched the footage say he also took a break to search for the mother, whom he told the cops he was also planning on killing. Thankfully law enforcement finally arrived before he found her. They said Chau was covered in blood again and holding a bloody knife — “which he dropped when ordered to do so by officers”. They then found the “stabbed and obviously deceased body” of Angelina Tran, “lying on her back on the floor of the kitchen.” Chau then mumbled to police, chillingly:

“I killed somebody.”

The court docs say ultimately, per law enforcement’s review of the video, Chau “stabbed Angelina at least 107 times in the torso, using both the knife that he was carrying when confronted by arresting officers, and a separate meat cleaver style knife that he obtained from a kitchen drawer.”

The 54-year-old has been charged with first degree murder and first degree attempted murder, and is being held in the King County Correctional Facility on an insurmountable $5,000,000 bail.

Chau told police during his interrogation that the fight began as a squabble over money — and he ultimately feared she “would divorce him and take his money.” He admitted, however, she never said anything specifically about doing that, he just assumed it. BTW, he and the mother had been together for 19 years, according to records — almost Angelina’s entire life; she reportedly viewed him as her father.

A GoFundMe was set up in Angelina’s name, with all money donated going to the National Asian Pacific Center on Aging. The charitable drive is in tribute to the young woman’s “commitment to making a difference in the lives of elderly individuals.” Per the page:

“Her radiant smile was a source of immense joy, and though the ache of her loss is deep, we believe Angelina would want us to stand strong and keep our smiles bright. Angelina possessed a deep love and compassion for the elderly, and she held a strong desire to support them in any way she could.”

Wow. And her final act was spent trying to protect her mother from abuse. What a loss. R.I.P.

Less than three weeks after the late photographer sadly passed away following a three-year battle with ALS, his loved ones are taking comfort in the unwavering love from fans, and all the donations they’ve made toward research into the devastating disease. A source close to the situation told People on Friday that the Gravity actress has “seen the incredible outpouring of support toward ALS research since Bryan’s passing.” They added:

“It was very important to her that when she and his family made the initial statement of Bryan’s passing, those who were on this journey with her and Bryan, from the beginning, were recognized — with the Healey Center at Mass General leading the way.”

It sounds like caring for Bryan was such a team effort and she wanted everyone to be recognized. We’re so glad Sandy and all Bryan’s loved ones were able to offer him such great care alongside a staff of medical professionals.

The source continued:

“[Sandra] is so grateful to all those who have donated and is happy that out of something so heartbreaking came something so positive for others.”

At the time of his death, Bryan’s family asked for donations to the ALS Association and Massachusetts General Hospital. A tragic situation overall, but it’s great to hear of such positives coming from it. Our hearts continue to be with Sandra and all of Bryan’s loved ones!

The day also marks the one-year anniversary that the entire UK — and most personally the royal family — lost their longtime matriarch, Queen Elizabeth, who reigned for over 70 years. Harry missed out on the WellChild event last year as it took place on the same day he flew to Balmoral country estate in Scotland, where the late Queen died at 96 years old.

Hard to believe it’s nearly been a year already. Wow! As of now, it’s unclear if Prince Harry will see any of his fellow royal family members while in attendance, or how that will all shake out.

FWIW, the 38-year-old is also expected to travel to Dusseldorf, Germany the following day for the Invictus Games. Of course, that’s the international sporting event he helped found for wounded military vets. Meghan is expected to accompany him to said event. But not to the UK for the first one. Well!!

On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex appeared in a brand new video for the Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund. Via their Archewell Foundation, they are founding members of the initiative and will help in awarding $2 million in grants to youth-led groups working to make the internet a more inclusive, equitable, and accountable place.

In the aforementioned vid, the couple could be seen sitting on a bench outside as they called several lucky grant recipients and shared the good news. And they couldn’t have looked happier!

We’re no body language experts, but the way they were turned in to face each other with big grins the whole time, it really seems like they are happy and fulfilled right now — no matter what might be said about their disastrous Hollywood careers and rumored relationship troubles.

“Thank you for doing everything that you do. Our kids especially are incredibly grateful.”

In just one short week, what was initially reported as a heartwarming reunion between a mother and son after eight long years has quickly developed into a disturbing case about a potential abuse victim who was trapped in a tangled web of lies.

Last week, we heard about how a young man was found lying on the ground injured outside a local church. Houston Police Department officers quickly identified him as Rudy, who went missing back in 2015 at just 17 years old. At the time he was nonverbal, so hopes of figuring out what happened to him were slim. However, his mother, Janie Santana, suggested he’d suffered some sort of traumatizing abuse because of the cuts and bruises that covered his body.

Then, in an unexpected twist, Janie’s neighbor Kisha Ross alleged that Rudy was actually never missing to begin with, telling ABC7 he would frequently come to hangout in her garage with her cousin, son, and daughter. Her cousin, Broderick Conley then backed up her claims that Rudy still lives at home with his mother. He added that “Dolph,” as they’d referred to Rudy, spent lots of time at their home, where “laughing” and “good times” always ensued — even as recently as two weeks before he was “found” again. Santana attempted to dispute the claims by sharing that it was actually her nephew, Rudy’s cousin, who would visit.

But soon after that, local Texas activist Quanell X spoke to KHOU11, alleging Santana had intentionally hidden Rudy away from the world, even staking some serious sexual abuse claims. Police have not been able to corroborate the sexual abuse, but they DID confirm Rudy has been living at home this whole time! Shocking.

Not only that, it turned out Santana had been using GoFundMe to deceptively raise money — over $2k — for Rudy’s fake missing persons campaign. Seems like a small incentive to hide your son for eight years, right? Well, it seems GoFundMe wasn’t the only way she raised money.

Private investigator Brenda Paradise, who dedicated hundreds of hours over the years in this case, told The Independent Monday morning that she began to grow suspicious of Santana after she continuously asked for money on Facebook to help find Rudy. Paradise explained that in one instance in particular, Santana asked her Facebook community for donations to pay a ransom for Rudy’s release. She said the money was going to what she described as a human trafficker in Tijuana, Mexico.

Unlike GoFundMe, fundraising efforts like this on her personal Facebook are far trickier to track. So we may never know exactly how much this woman has profited off her “missing” son — while he was at home the whole time.

It gets crazier. In order to keep up the ruse that her son was missing, Santana went to some ludicrous lengths. Paradise shared that the mom once went to a MORGUE to identify a deceased body. Obviously she’d know it wasn’t her son, she left him at the house to go to the morgue!

Imagine being THAT wrapped up in a lie…

On Tuesday, sources with direct knowledge of the former couple’s legal battle told TMZ the Aquaman alum officially forked over the $1 million settlement she owed her ex-husband after their contentious defamation trial.

As Perezcious readers will recall, Amber was actually ordered to pay around $8 million after a jury largely sided with the Pirates of the Caribbean star following a long trial. After the verdict, though, the exes agreed on a smaller lump sum of just $1 million because the 60-year-old was never in it for the money, a confidant told People at the time.

Proving this to be true, Johnny will be sending his new funds straight to charity!

Per TMZ‘s insider, now that Johnny finally has the money, which was reportedly covered by Amber’s insurance company as part of her settlement, he is ready to distribute the cash to five charities near and dear to his heart. These include Make-A-Film Foundation, The Painted Turtle, Red Feather, Tetiaroa Society, and the Amazonia Fund Alliance. Each will earn $200K. Pretty nice!

As for why the Hollywood Vampires musician chose these organizations, Make-A-Film is similar to Make-A-Wish but grants kids’ wishes from people within the film industry (such as actors, directors, and so on). Per the source, Johnny once completed a short film with them, so he’s looking to give back even further.

Painted Turtle and Tetiaroa Society, on the other hand, are homages to two heroes of his, Paul Newman and Marlon Brando, respectively, who were instrumental in founding both charities. He hopes to continue their legacies with his donations. Lastly, Red Feather and Amazonia both work to help indigenous communities keep their culture and heritage intact over North and South America, such as by making sure they have adequate housing. These all seem like very deserving causes! It’s nice that something good is coming after this long and complicated legal mess!

It also makes sense why Johnny is so “happy” right now! On Friday, a source came forward to share how the Edward Scissorhands alum is feeling one year after his defamation trial concluded, telling People he has “moved on from last year and is happy.” They also noted how pleased he is to be enjoying being “an artist” again, adding:

“In the last year, he’s been able to touch all these different parts of his life that he hadn’t been able to do that much before because he was so busy dealing with the matters tied to the Amber trial. It’s nice for him to be an artist first and foremost.”

Meanwhile, the actress has supposedly quit the entertainment industry and is living off the grid in Spain with her daughter, DailyMail.com‘s columnist Alison Boshoff revealed last month:

“I can reveal that Heard has quit Hollywood and quietly relocated to Spain with her young daughter Oonagh. A friend said: ‘She’s bilingual in Spanish and is happy there, raising her daughter away from all the noise.’”

Two very different approaches to moving on, but it seems they’re both doing what they need to after this upheaval! It’s also good to see Johnny put his money where his mouth is! During the trial, Amber was slammed for claiming she donated the entirety of her $7 million divorce money to charity — when, in fact, she didn’t actually do so! Good on Johnny for not doing the same!
