Fans are starting to wonder about that after the third episode of Season 4 of The Kardashians dropped on the streaming service on Thursday. The 44-year-old barely appeared in it, and hasn’t really appeared in most of the season so far — save for that massive phone fight with sis Kim Kardashian.

In the newly-released third ep, the Lemme lead only takes part in a brief confessional clip. In that, she speaks about the dynamic of a sisterly relationship. But then… that’s it! The rest of the ep focuses on Kim, sis Khloé Kardashian, and family matriarch Kris Jenner. Heck, even Scott Disick has a long on-air run in the latest ep! But Kourt?! Nnnnnope!!

Buuuut here’s the thing!!! On Thursday, In Touch Weekly dropped a bombshell report in which an insider claimed Kourt is going to quit The Kardashians for good once she and husband Travis Barker have their baby!! The mag’s mole reported:

“Kourtney’s tired of the drama and fighting with Kim. She’s made her position clear: She wants to quit the show after the baby comes. … Her heart’s not in it anymore.”

Damn!!

Can’t say we’re surprised, really. At least not with the angle regarding Kim. But still, that would be BIG news… if it actually happens. But what’s different this time when compared to last time around, when the fam was filming KUWTK for cable TV and Kourt was getting fed up?? To put it simply: it’s Travis! He could be a big difference maker. The source said:

“She’s very protective of her relationship with Travis. She resents the expectation that they should have details of their life splashed on TV without consulting her first.”

Makes sense! But will that really lead to the Poosh founder outright quitting the Hulu run?! Or maybe just pushing for a spin-off with the Barker fam??

As our readers are well aware, a grad student named Bryan Kohberger was arrested last December for the shocking, brutal stabbing deaths of four University of Idaho students at the off-campus housing in Moscow. The victims were housemates Maddie Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, and Xana Kernodle, as well as Xana’s boyfriend Ethan Chapin. Madde and Kaylee were sleeping together in one room, Xana and Ethan in another. But there were two other roommates there that night — and there have always been a lot of questions surrounding their actions. Now we imagine those are going to come back up…

The two other housemates, Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke, survived, reportedly staying in their rooms almost the entire time. Early on in public handouts the cops said they had been asleep the whole time. But then that story changed after the arrest.

In the probable cause affidavit, cops say Dylan (above, left) had seen a tall man in a mask leaving the house. The affidavit reads:

“D.M. stated she originally went to sleep in her bedroom on the southeast side of the second floor. D.M. stated she was awoken at approximately 4 a.m. by what she stated sounded like Goncalves playing with her dog in one of the upstairs bedrooms, which were located on the third floor. A short time later, D.M. said she heard who she thought was Goncalves say something to the effect of ‘there’s someone here.’

D.M. stated she opened her door a second time when she heard what she thought was crying coming from Kernodle’s room. D.M. then said she heard a male voice say something to the effect of ‘it’s ok, I’m going to help you.’

D.M. stated she opened her door for the third time after she heard the crying and saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person’s mouth and nose walking towards her. D.M. described the figure as 5′ 10″ or taller, male, not very muscular, but athletically built with bushy eyebrows. The male walked past D.M. as she stood in a ‘frozen shock phase.’ The male walked towards the back sliding glass door. D.M. locked herself in her room after seeing the male. D.M. did not state that she recognized the male. This leads investigators to believe that the murderer left the scene.”

This was a big change. She had heard the killings, if she didn’t understand what she was hearing. And she opened her door to see what the ruckus was — and saw the killer leaving. It was a miracle he hadn’t tried to kill her, too, right?

Only, there was something that didn’t make sense… but we’ll get back to that. Because now the story seems to be changing again.

Since those initial affidavits and search warrants, there’s been a pretty strict gag order on any information coming out about the case. But according to a shocking report from Air Mail, Kaylee’s father Steve Goncalves has been carrying on his own investigation. He reportedly was told by a member of the grand jury who indicted Kohberger a stunning new version of events…

Per the report, Steve’s grand jury sources contradicted the police. They said not only had Dylan been awake, so had Bethany (above, center). The two roommates were up during the murders and heard EVERYTHING. Not only that, there was proof — because they were texting each other, from inside their rooms, the entire time.

The article claims Goncalves tried to get more info from someone in the know, but the FBI stopped him — because it would have been witness tampering. Hmm…

OK, so the aspect that didn’t make sense to us about Dylan’s statement to cops really doesn’t make sense now. If both she AND Bethany were awake and heard it all and had their phones to text one another — why didn’t they call the police? The murders occurred at around 4 a.m. But the roommates didn’t call the police until 11:58 a.m.  We’re talking about after they slept through the night and woke up — and that reportedly wasn’t until another friend came over that morning!

A source previously told NewsNation‘s Ashley Banfield that Dylan had mistaken the noises for her roommates being boisterous. It happens, we know it was a party house But then she saw the man leaving! And she was scared! So why didn’t she and Bethany realize they should call someone??

There was also the explanation that Dylan froze. She didn’t know what to do. But both roommates could hear everything, and they were texting about it? She wasn’t so frozen that she couldn’t text? There’s something about all this that just feels wrong, like we’re not getting the whole story. Seeing those texts would obviously go along way toward explaining all this. We’re still scratching our heads. We can understand why Steve Goncalves, whose own daughter was taken from him, might still not be able to let this go…

“Someone tell @deuxmoi He sang the old version of ‘much better’ which includes the drag of Taylor Swift and no one in the audience sang along.”

The gossip account reposted the scoop in their Story on Monday night, but didn’t provide any additional commentary. Take a look:

The DNCE frontman has been praised for dropping the jab at the Anti-Hero singer, to whom he was linked in 2008. But now… if he decided to go back to the original, it would prove he doesn’t love Taylor siding with Sophie! Oof!

Yeah, sure. After all, that’s been his brand, no pun intended, the past couple years, right? Question everything, it’s all a big conspiracy? Just the past few years though, just since around the time he was outed as a “predator” on his TV show and realized eventually it would get out. Until then, why not build a following of folks who already support accused rapists — who will question any time a number of women step forward because they assume everything given to them that they don’t like is a lie?

Sigh. Whatever, go on.

“By now you’re probably aware that the British government have asked big tech platforms to censor our online content, and that some online platforms have complied with that request.”

Oh, here we go. He’s using the letter a member of Parliament allegedly sent asking right-wing favorite video platform Rumble to follow YouTube‘s lead and demonetize Brand’s content to make this a free speech matter. Let us guess — the accusations are all a sham, and it’s proof he’s onto something because they’re trying so hard to take him down??

He goes on to talk about the Trusted News Initiative, a partnership between news outlets and big tech, of which the BBC is a member. The TNI was developed in a response to the rampant misinformation being spread about COVID, which of course was an enormous safety hazard. Or as Russell puts it, they were created “to target, control, choke, and shut down independent media organizations.” Blah blah blah. He then immediately plugs the next episode of his show… “on Rumble.”

Like we said, he’s deflecting any and all actual accountability by scaring his viewers with 1984 razzle-dazzle. At no point does he actually address his behavior. It’s all about how this is a huge conspiracy, how he’s the target because he’s so brave to be out there telling the truth.

Or the other possibility is — and just hear us out on this one — the multiple women are telling the truth, and Russell Brand is, political leanings aside, a huge a-hole.

After all, the stories have apparently been getting around since 2018, before he got all fringe, four years before he launched his Rumble show. We guess the British government was really playing the long game on this one. Let’s see if we have it right… Years before they were created, the TNI started seeding fake sexual assault allegations in the British comedy community against Russell, knowing eventually he’d start questioning them about COVID, which of course, didn’t exist yet. And people legitimately think this guy is brilliant.

For those who haven’t been keeping up with the latest divorce drama, the 27-year-old actress filed a lawsuit against the 34-year-old singer on Thursday for allegedly abducting their two young children. She claimed she went to pick up their daughters earlier this week so the three of them could return to their home in England as the former couple agreed to before. However, Joe allegedly refused to let them leave by not handing over their passports.

The Jonas Brothers member fired back at the allegations, saying the “children were not abducted.” He explained that if he followed through with Sophie’s demand, he would have been violating a Florida court order, which “restricts both parents from relocating the children”:

“Less than 24 hours later, Sophie advised that she wanted to take the children permanently to the UK. Thereafter, she demanded via this filing that Joe hand over the children’s passports so that she could take them out of the country immediately. If he complies, Joe will be in violation of the Florida Court order.”

It is a very messy situation, and no one expected their divorce to take this turn! But was this Sophie’s idea all along? Or was there another mastermind behind it? The latter is what some people seem to think! Because Sophie recently has been seen hanging out in New York City not once but twice with Joe’s other ex Taylor!

As we previously reported, the two women were pictured walking arm-in-arm into the Italian restaurant Via Carota on Tuesday two days before Sophie filed the lawsuit. They were even seen in deep conversation at one point in the night. And then, they were seen out together again at Hotel Barriére Fouquet for dinner on Thursday — just hours after news of the suit dropped.

Obviously, Taylor could have been hoping to cheer up Sophie amid her brutal divorce. But given the timing of these sightings many fans have been questioning if there was ulterior motive behind their hangouts — like plotting revenge against Joe! In fact, some people think Taylor was behind the idea of the lawsuit! Amid the drama, fans have taken to social media to drop their theories about Taylor and Sophie, saying:

“Everybody say ‘Thank you Taylor’ for giving Sophie some advice on winning lawsuits.”

But Swifties aren’t backing down!

Not only do Swifties believe she was the mastermind behind the suit, but they also think she predicted how Joe and Sophie’s divorce would go! The songstress has a track called Vigilante Shit, which features the lyrics:

Many fans believed the song was about her drama with Scooter Braun and the end of his marriage with Yael Cohen. In light of recent events in the Joe and Sophia debacle, though, they now think Taylor was foresaw the future! No joke. One person tweeted:

In the comments section of a video on TikTok with the lyrics to the track over a video of the pair walking into Via Carota together, one called her “a fortune teller” while someone else said:

“She legit predicted the future.”

It seems very unlikely Taylor gave Sophie the idea for the lawsuit or that she has psychic abilities. Tay is definitely super talented, but not to the point where she is clairvoyant! As we said, if anything, she gave the actress some good advice during this difficult chapter in her life.

Well, we guess we now know the defense Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen will be going with. He’s blaming cultists for the murders!

The 51-year-old was charged just last year for the 2017 murders of 14-year-old Liberty “Libby” German, and 13-year-old Abigail “Abby” Williams. After a half-decade of dead ends, the local photo tech was finally fingered as the monster who brutally murdered the teen girls.

Thus far prosecutors have been rather tight-lipped about the evidence that led them to make the bust. But Allen pleaded not guilty right away, and his defense made it clear they wanted the probable cause affidavit on the crimes unsealed. This could be why. In a new filing this week, they’re saying the evidence points elsewhere!

The defense challenged the validity of the search warrant in what’s called a Franks motion. In a massive 136-page doc they claim “omitted or false statements were made knowingly or intentionally or with reckless disregard” in order to get a warrant to search their client’s property. Therefore they “will be asking for the search warrant to be deemed illegal and the fruits of the illegal warrant to be suppressed.”

WTF did the cops find when they searched? Must be incriminating if they need it to be suppressed to get the case thrown out!

Innerestingly, the defense says “the evidence strongly supports an organized pagan cult as being the killers.” Huh??

Yes, they seem to be building a case that the murders — details of which have been kept quiet, presumably because they were so horrific — were more likely the work of a white nationalist group known as the Odinists. These are apparently neo-Nazi a-holes who have their own twisted version of Norse mythology. The filing says:

“Members of a pagan Norse religion, called Odinism, hijacked by white nationalists, ritualistically sacrificed Abigail Williams and Liberty German.”

Allen’s attorneys pointed out that the investigation did look into Odinism early in the case:

“Very early on, those in charge of the Delphi murder investigation claim that they consulted with a Purdue professor concerning what resembled possible Odinism signatures left behind at the crime scene.”

What signatures? The filing claims:

“Evidence supports that at the crime scene, these murdering Odinites left behind obvious signatures, symbols in the form of runes. These runes were (1) formed with sticks, (2) fashioned with tree branches and (3) painted using the blood of Liberty German.”

The filing says in a “ghoulish” scene, the girls’ bodies were surrounded by sticks “intentionally placed in a very specific and arranged pattern.” Oh god, how horrifying! They say one such “rune” found at the scene resembled an “F.” That could be a Fehu, which looks like ᚠ and means “cattle” — but also represents wealth generally. THAT was found made from a 14-year-old’s blood? Whoa! No wonder a cult angle was investigated!

The lead was “essentially abandoned,” per the filing, because the professor told them they didn’t think there was enough of a link between what was at the scene and Odinism. But now that professor can’t be found? Huh.

Allen’s defense team disagrees, saying anyone could have figured out the connection between the symbols and Odinism — because the “stick configuration” of runes seems to spell out “Hail Odin”:

“With a simple google search, these runes would be identifiable as one of the many calling cards of this pagan religious cult.”

Another horrifying detail? There was apparently very little blood at the scene — with enough missing to be inexplicable. The defense argues it “may have saved the blood to be used in future rituals.” JFC.

The filing even mentions another suspect BY NAME — saying the man “posted on social media images mimicking the very runes at the crime scene.” They go so far as to say it’s “mind blowing” that this evidence was ignored by law enforcement.

Allen’s attorneys note their client “has zero connections to any pagan cults or pagan cultists” and was just “a patsy” who happened to be “arrested 26 days before an election.” Damn, they’re really going for it! We guess we’ll see if their take on the evidence makes any headway with the judge — and then in January, with the jury.

It’s that he has been highly suspect for years.

That man is Tim Ballard, and he parted ways with his own Operation Underground Railroad earlier this year, right after the movie about it became a smash success. One might assume it was so he could focus on his upcoming run for Senate. But according to a bombshell Vice exposé on Monday, the real reason he quietly exited the OUR is because of an investigation into sexual misconduct accusations!

Yes, the outlet discovered seven women made claims against Ballard, who is played in the film by the very differently controversial Jim Caviezel. And the claims are truly shocking. According to these women, Ballard used the prospect of saving children from traffickers to trick them into having sex with him! Yes, really! How?

They say he would recruit women to pose as his “wife” on undercover missions to other countries where he was supposedly surveilling trafficking operations. To throw them off the scent, he wanted to look like a couple traveling on vacation. But the thing is, once he had these women alone, they claim, he coerced them into sexual situations, like sharing a bed or taking a shower together. He told them it was to help fool the traffickers. He even reportedly asked one woman “how far she was willing to go” to save children.

Um, did we say the Hollywood version was unbelievable?!

It’s believed there are more than seven women, but that’s how many OUR employees came forward for that particular investigation. A former volunteer — who was not part of the investigation — told Vice he tried this act on her, too. And another source referred to a second volunteer. But ultimately we’ll probably never know how many women he used his fake child-saving routine to sleep with.

If this is true, it really sounds like the whole thing wasn’t just a grift to make himself look virtuous and heroic (and sell the film rights) — it was also to bring women to another country and trick them into sex! If only there were a hot-button term for that kind of behavior…

The investigation was confirmed by OUR, who released this statement to Vice:

“Tim Ballard resigned from O.U.R. on June 22, 2023. He has permanently separated from O.U.R.

O.U.R. is dedicated to combatting sexual abuse, and does not tolerate sexual harassment or discrimination by anyone in its organization.

O.U.R. retained an independent law firm to conduct a comprehensive investigation of all relevant allegations, and O.U.R. continues to assess and improve the governance of the organization and protocols for its operations.

To preserve the integrity of its investigation and to protect the privacy of all persons involved, O.U.R. will not make any further public comment at this time.

O.U.R. is confident in its future as the leading organization committed to combatting sex trafficking and saving children who have been captured and sold into slavery.”

This report follows an anonymous letter which had been circulating in anti-trafficking charities in Utah for months. That letter, confirmed by Vice‘s source, read:

“Several weeks ago, an OUR employee who accompanied Tim on an undercover operation filed a sexual harassment complaint against him with OUR’s HR department. This resulted in an extensive internal investigation into Tim and his individual operational tactics and led to more women speaking up as part of the investigation process.

It was ultimately revealed through disturbingly specific and parallel accounts, that Tim has been deceitfully and extensively grooming and manipulating multiple women for the past few years with the ultimate intent of coercing them to participate in sexual acts with him, under the premise of going where it takes and doing ‘whatever it takes’ to save a child.”

“Grooming and manipulating,” The actual kind of grooming, not just, you know, being gay. The author of the letter remains anonymous to this day.

Perhaps this person who originally leaked the info was one of the victims. Maybe they grew concerned about Ballard’s reputation growing because of the film. Maybe they were — rightfully — worried guys would see the movie and sign up to help with Ballard’s falsified image in their minds. That has been happening, unfortunately. They’re even fighting with the experts because they saw ONE MOVIE ONE TIME.

Ballard himself has now responded to the allegations, saying in a statement obtained by People:

“As with all of the assaults on my character and integrity over many years, the latest tabloid-driven sexual allegations are false. They are baseless inventions designed to destroy me and the movement we have built to end the trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable children.”

Right. It’s all a big conspiracy, and all the women are lying because they think trafficking is great, and they’re trying to stop the one man who can actually fix it. Give us a break.

The only surviving son of Alex Murdaugh — who was found guilty of murdering his wife Maggie and youngest son Paul at their family estate in June 2021 (and has been accused of numerous other crimes) — is getting ready to share his side of the story in a three-part tell-all. That project will also include interviews with his defense team and “prison revelations from Alex himself,” per a FOX Nation press release. Hmm. Wonder what that could be?!

In a sneak peek of the special titled The Fall of the House of Murdaugh, which will begin airing on Thursday, Buster insisted he still believes his father is innocent. Seriously?!

The 26-year-old said plainly:

“I do not think that he could be affiliated with endangering my mother and brother. […] We have been here for a while now and that’s been my stance.”

He went on to note he did find some things confusing about the case. Specifically, he was thrown off when the disgraced South Carolina attorney admitted to lying about being at the dog kennels (where the crime took place) shortly before the tragic killings. During the trial, prosecutors unearthed a video Paul took moments before his death — in which Alex could be heard in the background!

Buster doesn’t have an explanation for this, telling host Martha MacCallum:

“I thought it was very odd. […] I was very confused.”

He’s still hoping for some clarity from his father. Either way, it hasn’t stopped him from defending Alex, just as he did when taking the stand in court. In another clip, Buster slammed the trial, saying he does “not believe it was fair.”

So, what about his legal troubles?!

As Perezcious readers know, Buster became a focal point of his own when true crime sleuths discovered allegations that he may have been involved in the mysterious death of 19-year-old Stephen Smith, who died in 2015.

A medical examiner determined his cause of death was from a hit-and-run, but his mother successfully campaigned to exhume his body for a second autopsy earlier this year. In an old letter to the FBI, she even suggested Buster may be a person of interest. So there have been a lot of accusations swirling!

Addressing the rumors, Buster expressed:

“I don’t want to be rude here, but have you ever been accused of murdering somebody? Well, let me tell you, this is very, very, very, very, very, it’s a terrible thing to place on somebody with absolutely no fact. I mean, it has harmed my reputation. I mean, people perceive me as a murderer.”

Clarifying the record, he explained he was at his family’s home in Edisto Beach with his mother and brother on the night of Stephen’s death:

“I never had anything to do with his murder, and I never had anything to do with him on a physical level in any regard.”

Interesting wording at the end there! If you didn’t know, there were also rumors that Buster and Stephen may have been romantically involved, so it seems like he’s shutting down that theory, too…
