As always, Chrishell Stause is the star of the show in this new two-minute clip. But instead of trying to play nice while closing a bunch of high-dollar real estate deals, the 42-year-old Dancing With The Stars alum is going after ex-boyfriend Jason Oppenheim‘s then-new (and much younger!) girlfriend, Marie-Lou Nurk!

Of course, Chrishell and the 25-year-old Marie-Lou have history. Considering the Kentucky native dated the 46-year-old Oppenheim Group head for nearly a year before splitting in 2021, there’s a lot of interconnectedness. And even though Jason has since split from Nurk in real life — and Chrishell is married to Aussie recording artist G-Flip — we are finally now seeing how Marie-Lou and Chrishell interacted on camera with this week’s new teaser. And it ain’t good!!

At one point in the trailer, Marie-Lou sits down with Chrishell for a dinner where the two of them can presumably hash out their issues. During the chat, the younger woman straight-up shares her worries about Jason:

“I just feel like maybe there’s feelings left.”

Stause turns to laugh off that worry, dismissing it quickly. And then, in a cutaway jump to a moment later on in the dinner, she says this to Nurk:

“I’m losing brain cells on this conversation.”

OUCH!!!

FWIW, Chrishell does admit elsewhere in the teaser to co-star Mary Fitzgerald that she is still trying hard to navigate the new normal — AKA working with Jason after ending their romantic connection:

“I’m really trying to figure out this balance of work and social settings.”

So maybe Marie-Lou wasn’t totally off base with her comment?? Even if Chrishell shaded the s**t out of the much-younger woman for it?!

Elsewhere in the clip, Chrishell sits for a confessional and lays out a comment about the tensions within the office:

“The gloves are probably going to come off.”

And off they come! Just like always! Er, uh, we think. We don’t get to see a ton of specifics, but Nick Cannon‘s baby momma Bre Tiesi figures to have a large role this season and is VERY prominently shown in the trailer! You can see the whole thing for yourself (below):

While appearing on Kelly Ripa‘s Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast this week, the 48-year-old television personality recalled the hilarious bathroom mishap story, saying:

“I was in the powder room, the toilet was contemporary, and [it’s an] all black toilet.”

At first, the American Idol host was nervous there’d be cameras in the restroom since Kris tends to keep them in the “common areas” of her house. But we guess Ryan wasn’t too concerned about being recorded doing his business — at least, that was until his accident. He continued:

“So I was there, and I rushed over and did what I needed to do, and found that toilet paper was put where it needed to be put and the water level began to rise, and I clogged the toilet.”

Oh no!!! Immediately, Ryan “panicked” when he noticed the water had “overflowed up to the seat level.” Thankfully, the problem eventually fixed itself, and he snuck out like nothing happened:

“Then it began to settle down, but I quickly got out.”

But that wasn’t the full story, according to Kelly! The 53-year-old told listeners Ryan actually had to “retrieve” what he “put in [the toilet]!” OMG! Her co-host then asked if there was a “ladle involved,” to which Ryan fired back:

“It wasn’t a ladle! It was the toilet ring cleaner that I used. There was a utensil that was convenient. It wasn’t a ladle. You think I’m walking around with my Swiss Army Knife carrying around my ladle? It was the toilet ring cleaner!”

This must have been SO embarrassing for Ryan! But as Kelly pointed out, “everybody’s had that moment in their lives.” Yeah… maybe… but we’ll never admit to it! Ha!!

It seemed like there was a cozy atmosphere, and in the photos the 56-year-old was staying pretty close to Mauricio, which sent romance rumors ablaze. Leslie even put her arm around him!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was spotted at an Atlanta-area storage unit over the weekend with several pieces of luggage in tow. That’s big! That very obviously suggests she may be making logistical moves amid the ongoing financial and real estate woes she’s having with estranged husband Kroy Biermann.

Per DailyMail.com, the Don’t Be Tardy star kept her look “low-key” as she walked with a couple of suitcases from her car to a storage unit in the Atlanta area. She was dressed down for the outing, rocking a long black top that cropped off at her mid-section to reveal her flat, toned abs. She had a pair of high-waisted gray sweatpants on, too, and finished the look with a simple set of slippers. She had minimal makeup, as well, and her hair pulled back in a low ponytail. So, she was seriously dressing down just to put some stuff into storage. You can see the snaps for yourself HERE.

Obviously, this is a notable sighting of the 45-year-old reality TV star. The tricky issue of her and Biermann’s mansion has been front-and-center in their recent relationship woes. He wants to sell; she claims she does, too, but the former football star has moved to ask a judge for permission to force Kim to unload it before foreclosure proceedings begin.

Thus, to see the Bravo alum moving luggage into a storage unit now might suggest she’s actually amenable to getting out of Dodge on the real estate issue. Right?! One can only wonder!! Especially after she’s been selling off their old shoes to try to make some quick cash from fans, too!

Of course, Kim has been in the news for plenty of other reasons lately, as well. Not only have unsettling 911 calls involving her and the former Atlanta Falcons star been released, but she also apparently had a very good time on the set of The Surreal Life. Isn’t that right, Chet Hanks?!

Here’s where the drama started… During Watch What Happens Live last week, Andy asked Heather Dubrow some eyebrow-raising questions through the “Shady Whale” cartoon. But the one question that sparked some controversy? He wanted to know “which of [her] fellow ‘Housewives’ would get the least amount of money if they sold their home.” Oof!

Heather refused to answer the question, calling it too “mean.” However, Andy did not hesitate to share his opinion and said that “it’s probably Gina” since “she has a casita.” Oof. Don’t come for the homes, Andy! See the moment (below):

Wow! He really can be messier than those in the Housewives franchise at times! And as expected, Bethenny entered the chat and fired back!

The former television peronsality got word of the shady comment from Andy after “50+ people sent” her footage of the WWHL episode. And it comes as no surprise that she decided to throw some shade of her own at the Bravolebrity by re-posting a scathing rant about him from social media user Kendall King. It read:

“This would be exactly what @bethennyfrankel is talking about. He pits guests on the show in positions to answer questions that reinforce his own opinions. I feel like the tides are turning against Andy. His style of interviewing/hosting is very 10-15 years ago. He’s made a lot of enemies and it just sort of feels like people are speaking out against him more and more. … Has Andy passed his prime? Maybe he just needs to be on pause.”

Damn! And of course, Bethenny added her own commentary about the situation. She wrote:

“Is this why housewives steal & go bankrupt to look rich? or get made fun of for owning your home. … Did the whale write that?”

WOW! Way to connect the real estate shame to the various tax and fraud issues facing multiple Housewives across series!

The Real Housewives of New York City alum wasn’t the only one to call out Andy. Even Gina defended herself from his “unkind” remarks! She said in a video posted on Wednesday:

“I’m the only cast member to own my home by myself without a husband, and I’m 10 to 20 years younger than all my other castmates. So maybe we don’t paint this picture like I’m dragging behind the herd because I’m not. That was unkind Mr. Cohen.”

Even Andy agreed he crossed a line! Apologizing to Gina on Radio Andy that same day for being unkind, he said:

“She’s absolutely right. I’m sorry. There you go. I saw that, I texted her, but I wanted to say it [here], too.”

The former President has fallen off the Forbes 400 list that tracks the 400 richest people in the US. And while normally we wouldn’t care what a businessperson’s net worth is, with Trump, it matters — because he never shuts up about it!

According to Forbes in a release published on Tuesday afternoon, the Apprentice star’s net worth is approximately $2.6 billion. That’s still a TON of money, obviously. But it’s a big drop from his past net worth of $3.2 billion, which had earned him a place on the 2022 richest-person list. Now, in 2023, his big drop in business value corresponds with a drop OFF the richest list. See ya, Donald!

Per the financial outlet’s reporting, the reason Trump dropped off the list is simple: it’s the complete failure of Truth Social. The social media service has predicted it would pick up more than 40 million users by the end of 2023, but as of early October, it has a paltry 6+ million users on its platform. That’s less than one percent of the people who use X (Twitter). The outlet coldly noted:

“If Trump’s platform were thriving, he would probably have no trouble finding alternate financing. But it’s not, and there is little reason to be optimistic about Truth Social’s future.”

Oof…

But Truth Social isn’t the only albatross around Trump’s neck. His real estate holdings have also decreased in value. Forbes pegs his office building value losses in the hundreds of millions of dollars in 2023. And as for why this is newsworthy? Well, the outlet explained it succinctly:

“[The Forbes 400] is an annual measurement that Trump has obsessed over for decades, relentlessly lying to reporters to try to vault himself higher on the list.”

On Tuesday afternoon, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to her Instagram Stories with a few new posts. In quick succession, she shared four items with her 3.4 million followers: some of the family’s old shoes for sale with HEFTY price tags attached!

The four pairs of shoes for sale are pretty swanky, TBH — and yes, most items were hers. One was a beautiful pair of the RHOA alum’s black Balmain heels, priced to move at $600. Another was a pair of Kim’s tall Gucci boots going for a steep $1,250. But she was selling her estranged hubby’s stuff, too! There were two pairs of the former NFL football player’s shoes — a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes and a pair of Dior sneakers, both going for $600.

Obviously, with Kim and Kroy’s reported financial problems, this is probably a good start. As we’ve reported, Kroy has very openly been demanding that the pair sell their Georgia mansion, use the money to pay off big-time debts, and get out from under the looming threat of foreclosure. So, something tells us the ex-Atlanta Falcons baller is probably OK with his shoes going on the market like this. Anything to pay off debt, right?

As for Kim, she has been busy working on a new reality TV project, so there’s presumably some money coming in from that. Of course, the big ticket item here is still the estranged couple’s mansion. Fans thought that was up for sale for a hot minute earlier this week, but that appears to have been a false alarm. So, until that listing goes up for real, it would appear there is a fire sale on shoes. Everything must go!!!

As Perezcious readers know, the former couple have been having some serious financial problems for a while now. And to help pay off their debt, Kroy has been begging a judge for authorization to sell their house in Georgia amid their divorce. Why does he even need the courts involved? Although Kim claims they were on the same page when it came to selling the property, the 38-year-old former football player says she has not been on board whatsoever – hence why he needs the judge’s help. So messy.

No decision has been made on whether he could move forward, at least by the judge. But has Kim and Kroy come to some sort of understanding and put their house up for sale? There appears to be a listing out for their home that suggests so!

According to TMZ on Tuesday, people spotted the property on several real estate websites, including Zillow and Trulia, on Wednesday. And it’s going for $3.2 million, which is slightly above its estimated value of roughly $2.9 million.

Whoa! Kim and Kroy are really attempting to get as much money as possible with this sale… or are they? Here’s the thing about the listing – it’s fake! Sources for TMZ say that the exes never listed the home! Wow. Is someone messing with Kim and Kroy? Or is something else going on here?

At this time, neither Kim and Kroy have addressed the alleged listing mishap. But it sounds like the mansion is not up for sale yet, much to the chagrin of Kroy right now! Reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments below.

Trump had to appear in person for the first day of his fraud civil trial on Monday. In a lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Trump and his two adult sons, Don Jr and Eric, have been accused of lying about property values to cheat both banks and taxes for YEARS. The case is looking particularly dire for the Trumps as Judge Arthur Engoron, who is apparently an expert on financial cases, has already ruled there’s “conclusive evidence” of the fraud. Yowza!

So how is Trump dealing with his difficult first day in court? Stress eating, apparently! He got an absolutely enormous delivery of McDonald’s to the Manhattan courthouse! What looked like at least SIX full, heavy bags of Mickey D’s were brought in, apparently by Secret Service agents. Because that’s what they should be doing with their time, working as cheeseburger couriers.

Obviously Trump loves his McDonald’s, but that’s too much for one guy! We have to figure he made the whole legal team order from the fast food giant. Or who knows, maybe it’s all they can afford because he hasn’t paid them yet? LOLz!

Classic Trump. All that money but still feeds everyone fast food. You may recall a minor scandal when multiple times he fed McDonald’s and Chik-Fil-A to champion college teams who had been invited to the White House.

Those who’ve been keeping up with the drama know that he and Sophie Turner have gotten vicious towards each other amid their divorce. Earlier this month, the 27-year-old actress filed an explosive lawsuit accusing Joe of refusing to hand over the passports for their two daughters, Willa and Delphine, and thus preventing them from returning to their “forever home” in England as they agreed to before their split. However, the 34-year-old singer’s lawyer slammed the “abduction” accusations.

It’s a super messy situation. But a ceasefire was called after agreeing their girls weren’t allowed to leave the New York area amid the divorce. Or we should say it seemed like they were calling a truce for a bit! Because Sophie is now firing back again and pulling out the receipts to prove her case!

According to court documents filed earlier this week and obtained by Page Six on Friday, the Game of Thrones alum revealed Joe expressed his desire to move across the pond with their children in a letter penned three months before filing for divorce! While attempting to convince a homeowner to sell their $7.5 million estate in Wallingford, Oxford, the Camp Rock actor said in the note, dated June 16:

“When my wife and I decided we were going to spend more time in the UK and search for a permanent home, our daughter expressed three unwavering requirements: having chickens, a pony and a Wendy house. While many of the houses we viewed met this criteria, the moment we turned the corner and caught sight of the charming blue shutters adorning [redacted], we experienced a sense of magic unlike anything we had felt before.”

Joe continued to gush about the property, describing a “beautiful walled garden” he discovered during a visit:

“It was simply heavenly! My father-in-law is an incredibly keen gardener, and he was suitably impressed by your vegetable garden too, a very important sign off!”

And that’s not all. The Jonas Brothers member went on to share how he could picture himself and his family living in the UK, saying:

“I have been completely charmed by the idea of dropping my children to school on the boat and being able to spend a leisurely afternoon cruising to the pub with friends on my very own boat. We could tell that your family have truly loved living here and we can envision our children growing up here and making this our forever home. I really think Sophie and I will be able to look after [redacted names] and for many years pay homage to the magic you have created here.”

Talk about a glowing review here! And apparently, the seller thought so too! The letter was so touching that they accepted the offer from Joe and Sophie! According to the Do Revenge star, the exes then put a 10 percent deposit down, which was roughly $914,130, on the house on July 7. Everything was supposed to be finalized on December 2, but a source for Page Six claimed the home is in escrow and the sale was “never closed.”

On top of the letter, Joe even messaged one of Sophie’s sisters-in-law to say:

“Well, Sophie and I officially own a home in the UK.”

So with these details in mind, Sophie once again maintained this move was a long coming as she and Joe “agreed and committed to relocate to England” in April and then left their house in Miami on March 10 before selling it in August. After April, Willa was allegedly enrolled in a nursery full-time in England and Wales. Then their personal belongings were “shipped” to the UK between May 5 and July 31. It sounds like they had a lot of things planned out already!

And now that this proof was submitted, Sophie stated in the filing the courts in Miami have no jurisdiction over their divorce since they are no longer full-time residents, and she wants the case dismissed.

Damn!
