The Bear star is in the middle of a shocking divorce from Addison Timlin. The actors had been married for four years but together for many more. The big complication, of course, is that they share two daughters, Ezer Billie, 4, and Dolores Wild, 2. Addison has been incredibly candid about the challenges of life as a “single mom” since this spring, suggesting her ex hasn’t been the most helpful of dads amid the split. And now we have more insight into their issues.

According to new court documents obtained by EW on Wednesday, the exes have reached a custody agreement — but it comes with strings! In the filing, Jeremy has agreed to regular sobriety testing in order to see his kids! Specifically, the 32-year-old will test TWICE a day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, plus THREE times a day on the Saturdays he has custodial time. Things are more relaxed on Sundays — he must only test once.

Holy s**t!

That is an insane amount of sobriety testing, right?! There must be some serious concerns about his alcohol consumption around the kids!!

To keep him accountable, the Shameless alum will do all this using a device called Soberlink, which is described as a “professional-grade breathalyzer system with facial recognition that automatically sends results in real-time to designated individuals.” It’s unclear who the results will be sent to in his case or what the consequences might be if he misses any of these tests or it doesn’t come back confirming he’s sober. There’s no telling how long he’ll be required to complete these tests either.

Along with this, Jeremy has also agreed to attend individual therapy at least once a week and at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week. Whoa.

So far, the only speculation about what went wrong in this relationship, which has been going on for at least 10 years, came from an ET source who claimed they “were having trust issues.” Considering how quickly he moved on with another woman, we assumed cheating concerns. But seems like Jeremy’s alleged addiction might have had something to do with it??

After announcing the baby news on her podcast Barely Famous, she told People on Friday that she and her boyfriend Elijah Scott welcomed a son named Rio last year. He joins her sons Issac, 13, with ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, 9, with ex Javi Marroquin, and Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with ex Chris Lopez.

While reports came out in February revealing she’d had another child, Kailyn made the conscious choice to try and keep the details private for as long as she could since she wasn’t “ready” for it to be a public matter, she told the mag:

“I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline. […] I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again. I kind of feel like my hands are tied. People are announcing it for me and so, at this point, I might as well just talk about it. […] At this point, I can at least try to do it my way.”

Ugh. We hate that she feels pressured to share her story.

The couple managed to keep things on the down low for a while, even though their “close circle, our family and our close friends all obviously knew.” They held an intimate baby shower to celebrate Rio’s arrival, which was “incredible” in part because it was “a really great time to kind of disconnect” as guests were asked to leave their phones at home.

Sadly, “a leak from the hospital and things like that” ruined their ability to keep the addition to their family a secret, and the violation is now being handled “internally” by the medical facility. As it should! Addressing this, she said it “was definitely one of the sadder moments” of her life. Oof.

As for Rio, she said he was “a pleasant surprise” since she wasn’t actively trying for a fifth kid:

“As chaotic as it was finding out about being pregnant again, he’s been such an incredible baby that it really was a true light at the end of a really dark year for me. It was rough [last year] with the [Briana DeJesus defamation] lawsuit, the depression that I dealt with and everything else. So, he has been really a joy for all of us.”

Aw! We cannot imagine how stressful that must’ve been, so we’re so glad Rio helped pull her into the light.

Despite her 13 years of parenting, Kailyn insisted she’s still learning day by day, adding:

“Do you ever really become a parenting expert? Because every child is so different and every experience is so different. I definitely would not consider myself an expert, but I’ve been around the block a couple of times with kids. I feel like every experience is so new that I wouldn’t say I’m an expert.”

The former reality star is now focused on embracing this “new chapter” of her life — which doesn’t include the MTV show that rocketed her to fame:

“I’m adjusting accordingly. It’s an adjustment not having cameras around all the time. And it’s weird because it still feels like it’s a part of my life because it wasn’t that far away. It wasn’t. […] I’m trying to just get used to the normalcy and being able to go out and kind of move around and move about freely, run my errands freely, schedule appointments freely. That’s been nice. And I’ll just stay busy with motherhood and the podcast.”

With five kids, motherhood is 100% gonna keep her busy! LOLz!

Jace Evans is safe with his grandmother Barbara Evans at this time.

We’ve all been concerned for Jenelle Evans‘ son after he ran away from home for the third time last month, and then accused his stepdad David Eason of allegedly physical abuse. When cops finally found him, they spotted visible markings on the boy’s body suggesting his claims could be valid — and there was even reportedly Ring camera footage of the incident in question. Last we heard, the teen was in a North Carolina hospital while Child Protective Services started a child neglect investigation.

Now, we have some positive news. According to a source familiar with the situation who spoke to The US Sun on Wednesday, the 14-year-old was just released from the hospital on Tuesday — after over a week-long stay. Whoa…

While CPS still has custody of him, Barbara petitioned a court to regain custody last week. If you didn’t know, she cared for Jace from when he was a toddler until March of this year when the parental rights transitioned back to his mother. During a hearing on Wednesday, it was determined Jace could stay with his grandma for the time being, which is seemingly what he wanted. According to a previous US Sun source, Jace “told everyone [that] if he is sent back” to live with Jenelle and David, “he will run again.” That is doubly concerning, too, since the family home is in the “middle of nowhere.”

Per the latest insider, there will be another hearing later this month to check on how things are going. So far, it is unclear if this situation will become permanent. But that’s not all…

Even more notably, the source revealed the Teen Mom 2 alum is NOT allowed to see or speak to her son unless he is the one who initiates the contact. David, on the other hand, has been banned from any kind of interaction with Jace. Considering the serious allegations levied against Eason — and his history with alleged assault charges and admittedly killing the family dog — this is probably a good thing, especially while the investigation runs its course.

In response to a request for comment, the MTV personality’s spokesperson tried to downplay the situation, saying:

“Jace is visiting with Barbara.”

Hmmm…

Meanwhile, a CPS official declined to confirm a rumored investigation into David’s actions and also refused to comment on Barbara gaining custody. Jenelle’s other son, Kaiser, 9, whom she shares with Nathan Griffith, the daughter she shares with David, Ensley, 6, and his daughter, Maryssa, 14, are all currently still living in the family home with the alleged abuser.  FWIW, David has denied the allegations thus far.

We sincerely hope Jace is doing okay amid this really traumatic time.

In a dramatic preview of next week’s episode of The Kardashians, KoKo takes aim at her momma for alleged mistreatment and frustrations over the momager’s own cheating scandal! Buckle up! The sneak peek began with the mother-daughter duo sitting across from each other at a table in the middle of a contentious argument in which the Good American founder complained:

“Whenever you’re ready to admit to me that you f**ked up big time with me.”

The matriarch quickly shot back:

“I did not f**k up big time.”

But the 39-year-old doubled down, arguing:

“I’m never f**king heard. We put a Band-Aid over a bullet hole.”

Damn!!!

Kris only responded with more fire, snapping:

“No, you misunderstood. You’re just somewhere else, you’re spiraling.”

While it’s unclear what the mother of two’s initial drama with her mom stemmed from, it’s clear a lot of the controversy has to do with Khloé’s ex Tristan Thompson, who was living with her amid home repairs after he admitted to fathering another child while in a relationship with her. The teaser then cuts to a scene between the co-parents, in which she suggests they have some unfinished business, saying:

“I think we have more things to work out.”

Oh?? Inneresting… Is she tryin’ to get back with him?!

In a confessional, the reality star then declared:

“Where I am at with Tristan has nothing to do with what I expect my family members to do.”

Hmm… With the topic of infidelity heavy on her mind, Khloé then pestered her mother about her own cheating scandal when she was married to the four eldest Kar-Jenner kids’ dad Robert Kardashian Sr. In another heated discussion, the model wondered:

“What was your mindset when you cheated?”

Shocked, the businesswoman replied”

“You’re asking me?”

Her daughter then quipped”

“Who the f**k else am I talking to?”

Spicy!!

If you didn’t know, Kris has admitted to cheating on her late ex-husband Robert with former soccer player Todd Waterman, which ultimately “broke up [her] family,” she said on the InCharge With DVF podcast in 2020. Not long after the marriage ended, she met Caitlyn Jenner, and they instantly hit it off, tying the knot just one month after her divorce from the attorney was finalized in 1991.

Oh, and before Robert, she was actually engaged to a golf pro named Cesar Sanudo, and in her 2011 autobiography, she revealed she was caught cheating on him with the Armenian lawyer. Oof. So, she has a long history of affairs. That obviously has to be complicated for KoKo who is dealing with her family being broken up because of Tristan’s problematic behavior!

On Tuesday Meghan and Prince Harry held a panel discussion at the first Archewell Foundation Parents’ Summit titled “Mental Wellness in a Digital Age” — a World Mental Health Day event hosted by Project Healthy Minds. the Sussexes opened up to the NYC crowd about their kiddos Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

The conversation about the little ones began a bit heavier than expected. Moderator Carson Daly asked the couple about the secret work they’ve been doing with tech companies and parents who have lost children due to online bullying and other consequences of social media. Some of these bereaved parents also spoke at the event. The Suits alum revealed, via People:

“A year ago we met some of the families and at the time, it was impossible not to be in tears hearing their stories because it’s just that devastating.”

Although she knows her kids are still “really young,” she and Harry realize social media “isn’t going away” and will be something they’ll have to tackle eventually.

Taking this super seriously, the Spare author shared:

“I think for us, for myself and my wife, with kids growing up in a digital age, the priority here is to again turn pain into purpose and provide as much support as well as a spotlight and a platform for these parents to come together, to heal, to grieve and to also collectively focus on solutions so that no other family anywhere has to go through what they’ve been through.”

It was at the end of the panel that the Today co-host wondered if the actress’ POV on the topic has changed now that she is not only “a kick-ass woman, but as a mom.” She gushed while gesturing to her hubby:

“Being a mom is the most important thing in my entire life — outside, of course, being a wife to this one.”

Awww!

Because of the immense love she has for her children, the Archetypes host finds herself scared as the 4-year-old and 2-year-old grow up, she expressed:

“But I will say I feel fortunate that our children are at an age, again quite young, so this isn’t in our immediate future, but I also feel frightened at how it’s continuing to change and this will be in front of us. They say being a parent, the days are long but the years are short, so it worries me, but I’m also given a lot of hope and energy by the progress we’ve made in the past year being able to have these incredible parents, these survivors of these experiences, share their stories and the more information gathering we’re able to do, the more we can move the needle a little bit.”

We hope she doesn’t get too freaked out and just enjoys this phase of her life! After all, we don’t think Archie and Lili will be getting on social media anytime soon! Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have already struck a deal in their custody battle! After just three days of (exhausting AF) mediation last week, the Jonas Brothers star and Game of Thrones alum were able to hash out an agreement on the living arrangement of their two daughters, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1.

According to settlement docs obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, “an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming.” So, while they haven’t signed anything yet, they’re super close to it!

In the meantime, they have determined a temporary child custody agreement. Per the new terms, the kids will be with Sophie from October 9 to October 21. It now makes sense why Joe trekked all the way to Taylor Swift‘s NYC apartment yesterday to hand over the kids!

Also, and this is big (!!!), the Do Revenge alum is officially allowed to take Willa and Delphine to the UK if she wants! Big victory for her there! That said, this doesn’t necessarily mean the kids will officially call the UK their “forever home” like she has been fighting for. Right now, it seems like they’re going to be shuttled back and forth a TON!

On October 21, the actress is required to return her kids to the US, where Joe will take over responsibilities until November 2. They’ll go back with their mom until the 22nd and return to the Lovebug singer through December 16, meaning Joe will get Thanksgiving with them. Once with Sophie, they’ll spend Christmas and New Year’s with her and return to their dad on January 7.

Phew!

It’s going to be a lot of travel for the kids in a very short time, especially if Sophie decides to take them across the pond!

A final settlement, which is on the way, will hopefully provide more clarity on the long-term arrangement. As for other assets amid the divorce, the couple had a prenup in place, so splitting things up shouldn’t be complicated.

As we already covered, the musician filed a surprise “petition to establish parental relationship” in a California court for her kids X Æ A-Xii, 3, Tau Techno Mechanicus, 1, and Exa Dark Sideræl, 1, last month. Little was known at the time — it didn’t even look like the X (Twitter) owner had responded. But that’s not true!

According to a newly discovered petition obtained by Insider, Elon was actually the first to take legal action against his ex-girlfriend! He filed a request to become his children’s legal parent earlier last month — days before Grimes — but his filing was submitted in Texas! In it, he noted that he wanted to establish the “parent-child relationship” between him, his kids, and Grimes. He reportedly served the Genesis singer with the paperwork on September 13, meanwhile, she didn’t file her suit in California until the 29th of the same month.

In his legal docs, the Tesla CEO claims he has had “actual care, control, and possession of each child since the birth of each child.” Furthermore, he insists their care has taken place in Austin, Texas, where he lives full-time, for at least “six consecutive months.” He insisted they moved there at the beginning of 2021.

He also took aim at Grimes, accusing her of “attempting to circumvent the jurisdiction” of the Texas court by just recently declaring herself a non-resident of the state. Dang! In her paperwork, the artist said she and the kids have been living in California since the start of 2023. But remember that tweet she sent out in September in which she begged Elon to “let me see my son”? What was that about if the kids were living with her?? Hmm…

For his part, the businessman alleges the family had been living together in the same home from May to July of this year. It’s unclear who the children have been with since then. From the sounds of it, the Oblivion star hasn’t had access to her eldest — at least, if we are to believe her tweet.

Similarly to his ex, Elon is looking to establish a written agreement about the conservatorship, possession, and access of their little ones. He wants them to go to mediation before agreeing to a trial, and if they can’t come to an agreement, then he wants a Texas court to issue an order.

But there’s more!

Insider was ALSO able to obtain a copy of the performer’s filing, which was initially sealed. In it, they claim she requested physical custody of the three kids and a “standard restraining order” that would prevent either parent from moving them out of Cali or applying for a passport without a court order or written permission from all parties. (Musk’s suit includes a similar order that would prevent the parents from hiding the kids, changing their residence, or disrupting their schooling/daycare.) The vocalist also wants joint legal custody and asked a judge to throw out Musk’s suit.

It remains to be seen what will happen, but the fact they’re arguing over which state this should go down in is important. You see, Texas tends to financially favor big earners in custody cases because the state has a cap on child support, Holly Davis, a family law attorney told the outlet. Whereas Cali has “very relaxed standards” about allowing people to maintain their lifestyle post-divorce and during a custody battle.

Considering Elon’s the richest man in the world, he might be trying to save himself from owing Grimes a massive paycheck every month! But if the parents can’t agree about where the kids live, the two states might need to meet up and decide which area is best for them. Typically, this ends up being where they were for the last six months. So, a lot is riding on this one little detail of the case!

As we all know, Kylie famously changed her son’s name from Wolf to Aire! We’re sure she didn’t expect to become the first person everyone thinks of when they deal with a legal name change. Hah! But it was a BIG DEAL for her to act on her second thoughts and switch it up after so long! And Lauren knows 11 months is a long time, too! But the change is a lot smaller…

The 33-year-old clarified that her son’s first name is “still Baker,” but both she and her husband Chris Lane decided his middle name, Weston, wasn’t right. She explained:

[…] But Baker is such a Baker West, and that’s just what we call him. [Our firstborn] Dutton calls him Baker West. I call him Baker West, [and], like, his personality is so much more of a West than a Weston, so now he’s Baker West.”

Cute! Thankfully, the process was “super easy” and only cost her $15. Amazing!

And he will hardly acknowledge that baby’s existence! So calling him an excellent father does seem like a little bit of a stretch. At least if you’re taking into account all his kids! (He also shares son Prince, 6, with ex Jordan Craig and Tatum, 1, with Khloé.)

We get that the whole family has grown to have their own relationships with the 32-year-old at this point since he’s been in the fold for so long. But we’d expect them to be a bit more loyal and protective of Khloé! Ya know??

“True’s understanding stuff. Prince understands things. They go to school and they have classmates. The last thing I want them to do is ever feel embarrassed that I’m their father.”

Plus the complicated fact Tristan has pretty much ignored that baby completely! We mean, they’re gonna have some Qs!

The reality TV star tried to reassure the Cleveland Cavaliers player by encouraging him to focus on his future, noting:

“Just remember, you’re not your past. Your past doesn’t define you. Moving forward, hold yourself in a way that you will be proud of. Or if your kids read something about you, you’re going to be proud of that. Your legacy, what you want to leave behind, is way greater than what the world has been exposed to.”

She added:

“You’re a good person at your core, that’s why I was with you. Everyone has done dumb s**t in their life, just not everyone does it on a public platform, which sucks. […] All of us, we’re always rooting for you, we always want the best for you. We believe in you as a person.”
