Not only does he have to watch his baby momma Kourtney Kardashian live her best life (and very publicly, too) with new husband and baby-daddy-to-be Travis Barker, but he’s also dealing with the fallout from his own sputtering romantic moves! Of course, Lord Disick has dated plenty of beautiful women in the recent past, including Sofia Richie, Amelia Hamlin, Bella Banos, Rebecca Donaldson, and more. But now, he’s in a MAJOR dry spell!!

During Thursday’s brand-new episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Scott admitted that the car accident he was involved in last year led to severe back pain that is now affecting his ability to f**k. No, seriously! On Thursday’s ep, Scott went to the doctor to get an MRI on his back, and he used the appointment to open up about how intimacy has been out the window after the injury.

With longtime pal Khloé Kardashian in tow for the trip, Scott admitted he hasn’t been getting laid much since the crash occurred. Speaking to the doc at the MRI appointment, Disick said:

“Since then [the accident], everything has changed in my life. I haven’t been able to run around. I’ve gained weight.”

When the doc asked what Scott did for fun before the crash, he replied with one word:

“Sex.”

Then, Scott added:

“But now I can’t move, so I’m terrible.”

Khloé quipped:

“Isn’t that [having sex again] motivation to fix your back?”

To which Scott agreed in his reply:

“Get back on the wagon to f**k? No motion for me!”

The sex life stuff is unfortunate, of course. And it was also hammed up a little bit later on in the show. Scott cracked that he and Khloé should get together in a few months’ time if neither one of them has a handle on their sex lives at that point. He jokingly propositioned her for it, then teased the Good American founder about how she “might have bumped [her] head as well” if she agrees to his ask. LOLz!!

Jokes aside, though, Scott’s back is SERIOUSLY struggling. Khloé said straight-up on camera that she was worried about his “deteriorating” health after the accident:

“You are actually deteriorating before our eyes, and I’m not gonna let this happen.”

Then, in a confessional, she claimed to cameras that Scott is “probably the unhealthiest I’ve seen him” at this point in time:

“I think Scott maybe needs a little pep talk, because this is probably the unhealthiest I’ve seen him. He’s barely mobile and it’s all from his back, so that wouldn’t make anyone feel good. Scott maybe needs to realize these things are fixable. You can’t let it get you down.”

Jeez!!

We know Scott has been through some serious challenges with alcohol abuse in the past, so for Khloé to say this is the unhealthiest he’s been in years is really saying something. But back problems are NOT an easy thing to get through. Thus, we send love and light to Scott amid these awful physical issues. And we hope his sex life can bounce back soon, too…

Jace Evans is safe with his grandmother Barbara Evans at this time.

We’ve all been concerned for Jenelle Evans‘ son after he ran away from home for the third time last month, and then accused his stepdad David Eason of allegedly physical abuse. When cops finally found him, they spotted visible markings on the boy’s body suggesting his claims could be valid — and there was even reportedly Ring camera footage of the incident in question. Last we heard, the teen was in a North Carolina hospital while Child Protective Services started a child neglect investigation.

Now, we have some positive news. According to a source familiar with the situation who spoke to The US Sun on Wednesday, the 14-year-old was just released from the hospital on Tuesday — after over a week-long stay. Whoa…

While CPS still has custody of him, Barbara petitioned a court to regain custody last week. If you didn’t know, she cared for Jace from when he was a toddler until March of this year when the parental rights transitioned back to his mother. During a hearing on Wednesday, it was determined Jace could stay with his grandma for the time being, which is seemingly what he wanted. According to a previous US Sun source, Jace “told everyone [that] if he is sent back” to live with Jenelle and David, “he will run again.” That is doubly concerning, too, since the family home is in the “middle of nowhere.”

Per the latest insider, there will be another hearing later this month to check on how things are going. So far, it is unclear if this situation will become permanent. But that’s not all…

Even more notably, the source revealed the Teen Mom 2 alum is NOT allowed to see or speak to her son unless he is the one who initiates the contact. David, on the other hand, has been banned from any kind of interaction with Jace. Considering the serious allegations levied against Eason — and his history with alleged assault charges and admittedly killing the family dog — this is probably a good thing, especially while the investigation runs its course.

In response to a request for comment, the MTV personality’s spokesperson tried to downplay the situation, saying:

“Jace is visiting with Barbara.”

Hmmm…

Meanwhile, a CPS official declined to confirm a rumored investigation into David’s actions and also refused to comment on Barbara gaining custody. Jenelle’s other son, Kaiser, 9, whom she shares with Nathan Griffith, the daughter she shares with David, Ensley, 6, and his daughter, Maryssa, 14, are all currently still living in the family home with the alleged abuser.  FWIW, David has denied the allegations thus far.

Over the weekend, the Circus singer posted — and then quickly deleted — a new video of herself in a black top, leopard bottoms, and black boots flaunting a severely bandaged right index finger! Yikes!

While she’s not seen with any knives in the new video, the injury couldn’t be more obvious. Take a look!

That’s a large bandage! Interestingly, the 41-year-old appeared to be fine otherwise, dancing as usual and all that. But she must’ve realized showing off the injury wasn’t a good idea, because she very quickly removed it from her page. She replaced it with a different dancing video (seemingly a throwback since there was a Christmas tree in the background). This clip noticeably did not include any visible cuts, scrapes, or bruises.

Hmm… It’s a nice attempt to get people to forget about the injury, but we’d say the damage was already done. Literally and figuratively!

Jenelle Evans is defending her husband David Eason against abuse claims.

In light of her teenage son Jace‘s third runaway and a Child Protective Services investigation, the Teen Mom 2 star took to X (Twitter) on Monday to deny allegations her child’s behavior has anything to do with her partner. She declared:

“This isn’t about David whether you want to blame him or not.”

In a police incident report obtained by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup on Monday, Jenelle’s mother Barbara Evans told authorities Jace ran away after claiming he was assaulted by his stepdad and in “hiding” from him. Whoa…

The report detailed:

“Made contact with Barbara who advised [Jace] was not at the residence. She advised that she had spoken to [Jace] earlier in the evening when he called from an unknown number and told her about being assaulted by David Eason and that he ran away and was hiding.”

After he was reported missing on Thursday, Jace was found on Friday and reportedly hospitalized. He is now in the care of CPS, and the org has reportedly launched an investigation now that this is the third time he has run away in just two months. Could this really be all about David? These would hardly be the first awful accusations against him.

Obviously there was the infamous incident in which he allegedly killed the family dog in cold blood after it snapped at their daughter one time. Not took it to a vet or a shelter, mind you — the story goes he took it into the yard and slaughtered it. And of course Jenelle herself has made accusations against Eason before, saying he assaulted her, breaking her collarbone. But she later called it a drunken misunderstanding and didn’t press charges. So yeah… It’s not hard to believe Barbara here.

Despite the latest concerning reports, Jenelle accused her momma of lying to authorities, writing on X:

“My mom says a lot of untrue things lately to everyone about me but wanted me to have custody? Imagine what you don’t hear from my side.”

Barbara previously had custody of Jace until Jenelle won it back in March. In more tweets on Monday, the reality star claimed her mother had not “tried speaking [to] or visiting” the kids since July. Hmm.

BTW, this comes after Jenelle already tried to get a restraining order against Barbara for herself and her kids, claiming they were in “serious and immediate'” danger. However, that prior request was denied, per Us Weekly. Continuing to complain about the family drama on Monday, the MTV star went on:

“Honestly idk why my own mother is acting the way she is. I feel now she’s using police to falsely report just trying to make us look bad as a family. There are multiple people involved in this situation and they know the truth, and so does God.”

The 31-year-old also targeted Briana DeJesus, who previously encouraged Jenelle to leave her husband amid the concerning news. Seems like genuine concern to us — it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve heard other Teen Mom cast members were scared of the guy. Demanding an apology, the Read Between the Lines author wrote:

“Well you won’t answer the phone but you have no idea what you’re speaking about. There’s a reason why I’m being quiet. Always 2 sides to every story and when you hear my side your jaw will drop to the floor. I’m sick and tired of my mother’s lies. My kids are in my custody.”

Briana has since deleted her tweet and apologized to Jenelle.

This is the second time Jenelle has insisted David is not the reason for this sad ordeal. That said, she and her husband have been publicly having issues in recent weeks, so it would seem there are some challenges on the homefront. But as usual, Jenelle always falls back to defending David.

No matter what the truth is, we hope that the authorities will get to the bottom of this ASAP to ensure the safety of Jace and his siblings! That’s truly all that matters right now.

Page Six obtained a copy of the autopsy report on Friday, which was completed by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner. They ruled she did pass away due to complications from cosmetic surgery. The manner of death was ruled an accident.

Wow…

More specifically, the docs state she flew to Florida to undergo a “gluteal augmentation procedure” (AKA a Brazilian butt lift, or BBL — in which she had liposuction and fat transferred to her butt). After the surgery on May 30, she was prescribed several medications — Ciprofloxacin (an antibiotic), Oxycodone (a painkiller), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea).

Unfortunately, Jacky quickly developed a relentless headache by the time she returned for a post-op appointment. Per the outlet, a nurse told her to take ibuprofen and stop the Ondansetron. She also went to get a massage in hopes of alleviating her pain. But by the evening of May 31, things had severely worsened.

The Wild ‘N Out star was with her aunt when her head started “burning” and she had “difficulty speaking.” Her family member called 911 — but Jacky was already unresponsive by the time they arrived. The 33-year-old was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. So, so sad.

According to the autopsy, she had swelling in her brain and excessive bleeding of the skin around her torso. Just horrifying.

After DC Young Fly‘s partner passed, attention turned to Jacky’s plastic surgeon Dr. Zachary Okhah, whom she went to see for a “mommy makeover.” He hit back hard at allegations he caused her death, insisting he follows all “universally recognized medical standards.” He has not commented on this update, and it’s unclear if he could face any legal issues now that her death has been ruled an accident related to the surgery.

It’s devastating to think this elective surgery cost the star her life… She was so young. R.I.P.

But this time, she was spotted with a massive bandage on her arm and a cut — that looked very much like a slice from a knife — on her thigh. Yikes!!

Good news. For now, at least…

“Don’t worry they are NOT real knives!!! Halloween is soon”

Oh! Well, OK, then. If they really are fake, that’s much safer, at least!

One of the last remaining actors from the golden era of Hollywood has suffered a scary medical emergency!

According to a statement released by her self-titled restaurant franchise, Sophia Loren was rushed to the hospital after a fall in the bathroom of her Switzerland home on Sunday. The 89-year-old was reportedly left with several fractures to her hip and femur, which required emergency surgery. The restaurant chain wrote on its Instagram account:

“A fall at her home in Geneva today caused Ms Loren hip fractures. Operated with a positive outcome, she will now have to observe a short period of recovery and follow a road to rehabilitation. Thankfully everything worked out for the best and the Lady will be back with us very soon. The whole team at Sophia Loren Restaurant takes this opportunity to wish her a speedy recovery.”

Yikes… Such a frightening accident for someone her age!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, her sons Carlo Jr., 54, and Edoardo, 50, from her marriage to her late husband Carlo Ponti have been by her bedside in the hospital. Sources told the outlet there is “cautious optimism” about the operation’s results, but she will still be looking at a long rehab journey ahead of her.

While the ’60s film star was supposed to open up the fourth restaurant in her chain in Bari, Italy on Tuesday, all her upcoming events have been canceled while she rests and recuperates. We’re sending her lots of love and healing vibes!
