According to People, the 40-year-old comedian was taken into custody and charged with a DUI and fleeing the scene of a traffic collision on Sunday. Sgt. Stephen Turner explained that officers from the Burbank Police Department in California responded to a single vehicle collision around 9:30 a.m. that day. When authorities arrived at the scene, eyewitnesses told them the driver crashed his vehicle into a tree before fleeing from the area on foot:

“Witnesses relayed the driver of a white Tesla collided with a tree and the driver fled on foot. Based on witness description, the driver was located just a few blocks east of the scene and detained pending [an] investigation.”

Thankfully, Turner noted “no other vehicles were involved, and nobody was injured.” After speaking with the witness and Jeff, cops decided to arrest the television personality at 9:56 a.m. He was booked into the Burbank Jail about an hour later before being released without bail at 1:04 p.m.

While the Who the BLEEP Is That? host hasn’t publicly spoken out about the accident, his attorney, Andrew B. Leventhal, told the outlet:

“Although no one was injured, this is a traumatic event for Jeff. We ask that you reserve judgment and respect his privacy as I take care of this matter. He is presumed innocent.”

A traumatic event for Jeff. Huh. Well, thankfully it was a tree and not some innocent person he hit.

Hmm. Meanwhile, a source shared that those close to Jeff are “concerned for him and hope he gets the help he needs” now. Wow. If he’s truly struggling, we hope this accident ends up being a wake-up call for him to get some help.

According to a report from TMZ this week, sources close to Shannon revealed she has enrolled in an outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component. But that said, the Bravolebrity still plans on joining Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson for their upcoming Tres Amigas comedy shows. The problem with that is, though? A huge part of their act initially involved alcohol.

Considering Shannon was recently busted for driving while intoxicated, we wouldn’t think this would be the best environment for her right now. However, the outlet reports that the television personality won’t be drinking during the tour. The trio also has restructured the show! Instead of focusing primarily on alcohol, they will focus more on their friendship.

Britney Spears got pulled over last month, and received a hefty fine!

TMZ got the scoop on Tuesday. Apparently, the pop star was busted on the road by a California Highway Patrol Officer in Ventura County on September 10. Per court docs, she was cited for two infractions — driving without a valid license in her possession and driving without proof of insurance. Uh oh!

As for why she got pulled over in the first place? Law enforcement sources told the outlet she was speeding way too fast in her white Mercedes, reportedly going 61 mph in a 40 mph zone. Dang!

The good thing is the singer was said to be cooperative during the traffic stop and was only given a warning for her speed. So, had she had the other documentation, she would’ve driven away as if nothing had happened! She’s lucky this wasn’t worse! There’s been such a pattern of celebs driving out of control lately. We hope she takes this incident seriously and keeps herself safe in general. Not exactly the news we wanna hear after she’s been popping up on Instagram visibly injured after playing with knives. Just saying!

As we’ve reported, The Real Housewives of Orange County star drove her vehicle while intoxicated last Saturday and hit the side of a home in Newport Beach. And she wasn’t alone in the car! Shannon’s beloved golden retriever, Archie, was with her at the time of the car accident. Yikes!

Shortly after the crash, the 59-year-old reality star parked her vehicle and attempted to claim she was walking the dog when responding officers approached her. However, the cops didn’t believe Shannon and took her into custody where she was charged with misdemeanor hit-and-run and DUI for alcohol. And now, more trouble could be heading Shannon’s way following her arrest!

According to Page Six on Friday, Shannon is being investigated by the Newport Beach Police Department’s animal control unit for endangering her pup. An NBPD public information officer said the lead animal control unit officer is “looking into it.” Sgt. Steve Oberon confirmed the news, adding:

“We don’t have animal endangering laws like you would with children but we do have animal cruelty laws, so he’s going to look into that a little bit further.”

As for what happened to Archie on the night of her arrest? Oberon explained to the outlet the Bravolebrity asked that he be “dropped off at someone’s house to take care of it while she was dealing with her situation.” The officer shared that the pooch did not seem to be injured or in need of medical attention, so law enforcement honored her request.

Oberon did not say whom Shannon had watched Archie while she was in police custody. However, an insider told Page Six that he was dropped off at her ex-boyfriend John Janssen’s home that night. Meanwhile, a source close to Shannon claimed that she “has not been contacted by animal control” and has since been reunited with her dog:

“Archie is fine and is currently with Shannon.”

When it comes to the investigation, what happens next is up in the air for now. But Oberon noted that he believes it won’t last long as normally “if there’s not an injury, [the case] stops there.” And right now, he pointed out “[the dog] was never taken from her as far as custody [goes].”

Page Six obtained photos of the Real Housewives of Orange County star and her ex-boyfriend John Janssen entering an apartment in Newport Beach, California where she crashed into a different home before getting arrested on Saturday night.

In the pics, which were taken on Wednesday afternoon, she is seen with her ex-boyfriend as he holds the door open for her. It appears her left arm may be in a sling, but it was covered by a jacket so it’s hard to tell.

Later, as she was leaving, she wore sunglasses and kept her head pointed down — but an apparent bruise was spotted above her left eye. The rest of her body couldn’t be seen as John and another man blocked her while walking down the stairs. Take a look at the sightings (below):

The 59-year-old’s friend Jeff Lewis said on his radio show on Monday that she “was injured, so she’s gonna be recovering,” but he didn’t go into details.

As we’ve covering, after a night out at a bar, the Bravo personality careened into a property while allegedly driving under the influence. Photos of the home show she damaged a garden, knocked over a planter, and broke some pavement in the area. She narrowly missed the front door. After her arrest, she was reportedly released on Sunday morning on a $2,500 bail.

It’s certainly inneresting to see she’s getting so much support from her ex! According to a resident who lives at the crime scene, John lives just a few houses down and neighbors allegedly “heard them screaming at each other” the night of the hit-and-run, Us Weekly reported.

Hmm…

The pair broke up in November 2022. Earlier in the summer, they reportedly got “removed” from a bar when Shannon got “wasted” and started “screaming” at John’s daughter. Wonder what issues they’re apparently still having??

Her RHOC cast mates have been calling her out for an alleged drinking problem during the latest episodes of the show. But not everyone in her life apparently thinks she’s an “alcoholic,” such as Lewis, who insisted she’s “ashamed” and “embarrassed” by her actions.

That said, he believes she’s been “leaning on alcohol” while “going through a lot of personal struggles right now.” Amid reports she’s planning to enter rehab, he noted she’s “entering counseling this week.” We hope she gets the help she needs so something like this never happens again! In an interview with her friend Vicki Gunvalson on Wednesday, the 39-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star slammed “inaccurate” claims about her alleged alcohol problems which were levied against her during season 17 by Gina Kirschenheiter. She told Us Weekly:

“Let’s look at other people on the show this season who’ve been drinking a lot.”

In an August episode, Shannon claimed she saved Gina’s kids from being taken by CPS following a DUI arrest in 2019, but when the allegations were brought up in the group, she denied ever saying that. In a confessional, the upset friend argued:

“Shannon says s**t, and then she wants to pretend that she didn’t do it, and if you can say things that are that f**king hurtful and not even remember you said it, you need to go f**king check yourself into rehab.”

JEEZ.

She then told Us:

“I don’t care if Shannon wants to say she has a problem with alcohol or not. I’m not here to judge anybody or diagnose anybody but … her drinking is a problem for everybody else.”

So this has seemingly been a concern of many for a while! But Vicki was standing by Shannon’s side last week when she also told the outlet viewers of the Bravo show just aren’t seeing the full picture, sharing:

“The show, I hate to say it, does promote having fun and some alcohol. And we can control what we put in our body. … It’s just when you film seven hours in a day and one [hour] of it or a half hour of it is whooping it up on a high level, that’s what they’re going to show because that’s fun.”

She also joked that just ’cause Shannon “knows how to whoop it up” for the cameras, it doesn’t mean her behavior should be used as a “story line.”

Tamar Braxton just posted security cam footage of her car getting ROBBED!! In the emotional Instagram post shared on Monday, the singer included several recordings of a group of guys rummaging through her car in a parking garage and seemingly stealing various items, remarking:

“I got robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere. I don’t know why I keep getting violated.”

It was especially bad for Tamar this time, as she added:

“I had a lot in my car cause I don’t live anywhere cause I’m not safe anywhere or with anyone“

Jeez. So terrible! Take a look at the shocking footage (below)!

Damn. They really took their time, too. Ugh! It’s unclear if she’s taken any legal action or tried to track down her stuff. Not that the cops can usually do anything about stolen goods. Oof. What a devastating incident, though! Especially if she had so many belongings in the car! Who knows what valuable items could’ve been stolen??

That said, fans found her caption incredibly concerning, especially the part about not living anywhere — and how she stressed how unsafe she feels “anywhere” and “with anyone.” It’s unclear why she doesn’t have a place to live at the moment. We hope her fiancé Jeremy “JR” Robinson is at least providing comfort in this stressful time! Why isn’t she living with him? And why doesn’t she feel safe with him? Did something happen between them?? It’s such an upsetting thing for her to say, maybe even as disturbing as the robbery!

According to law enforcement sources via TMZ on Monday, Shannon was allegedly drunk driving when she clipped a home and sped off down the road. She eventually parked her car IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET and got out with her dog. Sources claimed she was trying to play it off like she was just on a walk when police arrived following a 911 call, but her allegedly wasted appearance reportedly gave her away.

She was taken into custody and booked for two misdemeanors — one for a hit-and-run and one for driving under the influence of alcohol, a rep for Newport Beach Police Department told the outlet. She was already released without bond.

Insiders with direct knowledge of the situation confirmed the reality star was not filming the Bravo show ahead of the incident. Her car was also seized by cops as part of their investigation into the damage to the home. Jeez!

This sounds like such a harrowing situation, and she’s SO lucky it doesn’t appear as if anybody got hurt!

Shannon’s been having a tough time since her sudden split from boyfriend John Janssen, and this isn’t the only time we’ve heard reports about her acting erratically while drunk. We hope this will serve as a much-needed wake-up call.

According to TMZ on Sunday, the 43-year-old former basketball player was involved in a minor car accident. A rep for Lamar told the outlet that he had been driving home from a friend’s place in the Northridge neighborhood of Los Angeles at around 3 a.m. on Monday when he suddenly dropped his phone inside his Mercedes. While reaching down to grab it, the athlete lost control of the wheel and smashed into two cars that were parked on the street! OMG!

His rep explained that the car hit another white vehicle with enough force that it propelled forward and struck another stationary car. Damn. Lamar’s airbags deployed at the time. Luckily, he was not injured nor did he need any medical assistance. However, Lamar was understandably a little rocked by the accident, and the car now has some significant damage. Pictures obtained by TMZ showed the fender partially torn and dented.

And thankfully, no one had been inside the parked cars when the crash happened. The Los Angeles Police Department was called to the scene. When law enforcement got there, they asked if Lamar had consumed any alcohol to which he told them no as he was sober and owned several rehab facilities. The cops did not feel the need to perform a field sobriety test or file a police report. The owners of the other cars eventually came out of their homes to exchange insurance information. In the end, Lamar’s Mercedes was towed and he was taken home by his security.

Charlie Newling, who was on Ali Oetjen‘s season of the Australian version of the reality show in 2018, died over the weekend after his car fell off a cliff! Yikes! Per DailyMail.com, the incident happened in Dover Heights, a suburb of Sydney, at around 11 p.m. on Saturday. Authorities were contacted by locals who found the car on fire at the bottom of a 70-meter cliff at Raleigh Reserve, and police and ambulance workers quickly arrived at the scene. Unfortunately, the reality star could not be saved.

A New South Wales police spokesperson told news.com.au that a coroner’s report is being prepared. Police are not handling the accident as suspicious.

If you don’t know, Charlie, who was working as a builder, had a very troublesome past. On the dating series, he began as a frontrunner but was ultimately kicked off after refusing to introduce Ali to his family until they were “exclusive.”

He kept himself in the headlines, though, via a string of problematic behaviors. Days after leaving the show, he was filmed getting wrestled to the ground outside a pub by bouncers. In 2021, the Aussie was also charged with a drunk-driving offense. Last year, he was given a 13-month prison sentence to be served in the community for threatening to torture and kill his stepfather. During the court hearings, it was claimed he had alcohol abuse problems and had experienced trauma as a child.

Charlie leaves behind a newborn daughter (reportedly born two months ago) whom he shared with his partner Kristal Taylor. He was also dad to a 13-year-old son from a previous relationship. We are thinking of them and all his loved ones during this devastating time.
