After five long months of being on hold due to the writer’s strike, the sketch comedy show returned on Saturday night with show alum Pete Davidson in the hosting seat — and boy, did he have a full plate. Buckle up, Perezcious readers!

The 29-year-old started off the season premiere with a nearly two-minute cold open about the devastating Hamas attacks in Israel, and how “in a lot of ways,” he’s a “good person to talk about it” after suffering his own personal tragedy at the hands of a terrorist attack:

“This week we saw the horrible images and stories from Israel and Gaza, and I know what you’re thinking, ‘Who better to comment on it than Pete Davidson?’”

He continued:

“When I was 7-years-old, my dad was killed in a terrorist attack. So, I know something about what that’s like. I saw so many terrible pictures this week of children suffering — Israeli children and Palestinian children, and it took me back to a really horrible, horrible place. No one in this world deserves to suffer like that, especially not kids.”

The comedian went on to explain that in the wake of his father’s death on 9/11, he unexpectedly stumbled upon comedy, which ultimately helped get him through it — a lesson he wanted to impart as the host of a comedy show during a truly tragic time:

“Sometimes, comedy is really the only way forward through tragedy. My heart is with everyone whose lives have been destroyed this week. But tonight I’m going to do what I’ve always done in the face of tragedy, and that’s try to be funny. Remember, I said try. And live from New York, it’s Saturday night.”

Now, we can surely all agree on the excitement over Ice Spice performing as a musical guest on the opener, but she definitely wasn’t the only celeb who brought a bit of starpower to the show. We love that he can laugh at himself! As Perezcious readers know, fans, and the athlete himself, recently pushed back on the NFL’s focus on Taylor in their coverage — but this certainly ain’t helping  to simmer the hype!

As we all know, the architectural designer and her husband Kanye West caused a scene as they traveled around Europe the last few months, but now her family is speaking out after they were completely “snubbed” by the couple! Speaking to DailyMail.com on Wednesday, the 28-year-old’s relatives complained that she didn’t bother to meet up during her travels. Her cousin Fabiola Censori, from Giulianova (where Bianca’s grandparents reportedly emigrated from) told the outlet:

“We haven’t seen anything of Bianca’s family here for years. The eldest of my uncle’s children used to visit for a while but they stopped coming back to Italy years ago. I’ve never met Bianca but I would love to — it was a shame she didn’t come and visit us when she was here in Italy on holiday.”

Ahh, so they haven’t met before?? Well, that’s not as bad as ignoring a close relative!

But either way, the family is still hurt she didn’t use this trip as an opportunity to finally reach out — and they sound a little salty that they couldn’t meet the rapper at the same time! The cousin continued:

“We could have shown her where her dad and his brothers and sisters and her grandparents grew up. Her dad came here years ago and we had a beautiful evening together with all the family and it was wonderful to see him but as for Bianca and Kanye no comment. We feel a bit ignored.”

Another relative, who asked to be named Andrea, shared her two cents:

“I’ve never met Bianca but I’m hoping that next time she is in Italy she will come and visit us. I’ve heard all about her from other relatives and she sounds good fun – I imagine an evening out with her and Kanye would be very interesting.”

While Bianca and Ye haven’t addressed this snub, one reason they might not have made the visit is that the Yeezy designer reportedly has some seriously concerning rules for wifey. As in: she literally can’t talk! Last week, the outlet reported that the Praise God artist has demanded that the Australian “never speak” and that she follow a list of other rules, such as only eating certain foods, working out, and wearing what the Grammy winner wants her to wear. So, it wouldn’t have been much of a meeting if she wasn’t allowed to say anything!!

Besides, if Bianca is busy cutting off loved ones from her life amid her potentially toxic romance, we don’t see why she’d be inclined to suddenly welcome new people into her inner circle. Just saying!

Now that we know the couple legally tied the knot on December 20, 2022 thanks to a “confidential marriage license” which was just uncovered last week by Daily Mail, Us Weekly is getting more scoop on what may have caused the speedy walk down the aisle.

As Perezcious readers know, Bianca first entered the picture publicly in January. But now we know this is just weeks after they’d already gotten married (just one month after Ye’s split from Kim Kardashian was finalized, too). The model was first hired for Yeezy in November 2020, so they have some history, but still, it was QUICK!!

Whenever the duo decided to explore their relationship, their chemistry must’ve been off the charts from the get-go. In fact, it led them to tie the knot “because of religious reasons,” an insider told the mag on Tuesday:

“Kanye and Bianca were legally married last year when they had their private ceremony in Beverly Hills, it was real and legal.”

Now, we should note that according to the court docs last week, the rapper and architectural designer didn’t get married in 90210 as this source (and others) suggests. The license listed the location as Palo Alto up in NorCal. So, take this all with a grain of salt, we suppose… if they’re wrong about the location, they may not be 100% right on the motivation, either, ya know?!

As for those “religious reasons,” it’s pretty simple: the pair supposedly wanted to f**k! The insider noted the 46-year-old rapper-slash-designer and 28-year-old Aussie-born public figure wanted to “be intimate” — but insisted they still exchanged vows because they are “also in love.” Ye is supposedly “inspired” by his wife at this point, too, the confidant noted:

“Kanye calls her his muse and loves dressing her up.”

Ye has gotten a lot more overtly religious over the last few years, so it makes sense that he wanted to be in a faithful relationship before diving into bed. And it also brings some clarity as to why he apparently never had sex with his ex Julia Fox! While it’s unclear what Bianca’s religious views are, she and her partner have been seen going to church together, so she must be on the same page with at least some of it. Ya know?!

In her new memoir Down the Drain, the 33-year-old actress spilled ALL the tea about her romance with the 46-year-old rapper — including the first time she ever met him in person. Julia recalls that after connecting through phone calls and texts through a mutual friend, Ye — whom she calls “the artist” in the book — begged her to come to spend time with him for New Year’s Eve in Miami. She initially declined the offer. However, the Uncut Gems star changed her mind when he chartered a private plane for her and her pals.

When Julia got to the city, the two finally met in person at a club for a New Year’s Eve party. Immediately upon seeing each other, Kanye hugged her, and his hands started “scanning the folds of my body” while she kissed him. Ick, right? Not at first, actually… At that moment, the mom of one believed it was “the beginning of something truly special.”

But the happy bubble she was in burst when the Yeezy designer took her to the parking lot to chat and suddenly pulled down his pants to urinate on a wall. OMG WHAT?! Julia recalled:

“The artist starts peeing on the wall and I quickly jump in front of him. ‘You better not take any pictures!’ Once he zips his pants back up, he puts his arms around me and pulls me in close, kissing me passionately.”

Because despite the disgusting moment, Julia continued to hang out with the Stronger artist! She attended another party at a “famous rapper’s house on Star Island” following the club, and they continued to date throughout early 2022. However, their fun together didn’t last. While Julia shut down the accusations their romance was only a publicity stunt amid his nasty divorce from Kim Kardashian, she shared in her book that she did eventually begin to question his intentions.

The model said things between them began to change when Kanye started controlling her style, leaked pictures from their dates, and demanded she and her friends sign an NDA. They all refused to do so. But the final straw for Julia came when he had racks of clothes he approved for her and her pals to wear for her birthday party and gave them all Birkin bags:

“We do as we’re told and awkwardly throw our arms up and scream for joy as he stands off in the background, looking on with pride. As we pose like puppets, I question his true intentions, feeling that this grand gesture is nothing more than a publicity stunt.”

And she’s got a very candid take on it. At first, Julia told the outlet that she thought their romance “could be something real” as she “really understood him on a visceral level.”

But looking back on their short-lived relationship, the model realized she wasn’t “helping a precarious situation” as she first thought. For those who don’t recall, she previously said in a since-deleted video on TikTok she thought her romance with Ye would “get him off Kim’s case” amid his constant harassment of her and then-boyfriend Pete Davidson. Now, Julia feels she was only being used as a weapon instead while Kanye was trying to get back at his ex-wife:

“I learned very quickly that I was being weaponized. I just felt like his little puppet.”

Oof. Whether or not Julia thought this fling was only a business transaction, as she made it seem like in the past, that must have been hard for her to realize afterward. If fans were hoping for a bunch of content about Kanye in her book, you might be disappointed. Julia insisted to the outlet that she “lightly” talks about the relationship – but never signed a non-disclosure agreement. So she’s not being forced to keep some details under wraps in the book:

“I’m not signing a f**king NDA just on principle. I never have, and I never will. Unless it’s a professional opportunity, then sure.”

Makes sense. Lolz. Another reason the mom seems to have limited her discussion of the musician in the memoir? Despite the media attention surrounding their relationship, Julia wants to completely remove the association with Kanye:

“It really wasn’t that big of a deal, but other people made it such a big deal. I know for a fact I’ve been up for certain things and couldn’t do it because of dating Kanye. It’s kind of wild.”

Jeez! Kanye West is reportedly in the works of locking down a new trademark — and it seems to have a shocking connection to his antisemitism!

On Friday, TMZ obtained a filing that was submitted earlier this month and was linked to an LLC known as Ox Paha Inc. Now, the company hasn’t previously had any connections to Ye that we know of, but the address listed on the papers was the location of the rapper’s office on Melrose Ave, so it seems to be associated with him somehow. So, what’s the problem??

Kanye — or whoever filed — is requesting the rights to the phrase “YEWS”  — and they want it for pretty much everything imaginable, such as financial services, real estate, clothing (think footwear, headwear, jeans, etc), music and audio, entertainment content, beauty products, restaurants, and more. Phew! There’s reportedly a total of 26 trademark applications for various products and services.

While Bianca Censori‘s husband hasn’t said anything about the world yet, people think it has a striking similarity to a term sometimes used to reference Jewish people in a derogatory manner — and after his controversy earlier this year, that ain’t a good look! As Perezcious readers know, Kim Kardashian‘s baby daddy came under fire for making a string of hateful comments about Jewish people on social media beginning late last year. He’s been laying (fairly) low ever since, but if this is how he plans to make a comeback then it would appear he learned nothing from all the drama! Back in January, reports claimed the rapper and his new muse got married in a secret ceremony in Beverly Hills, but because there was no record of a wedding certificate, it didn’t seem like they’d made the relationship legal in the eyes of the government. But it turns out they did!

DailyMail.com discovered the pair tied the knot under a “confidential marriage” license in California — meaning it was totally legit but kept out of the public record! On Friday, the outlet shared all the details from the no-longer-secret document, noting the 46-year-old and 28-year-old officially said “I do” on December 20, 2022 — that’s just ONE MONTH after he finalized his split from Kim Kardashian! Damn, that’s fast!

According to the license, the ceremony occurred in Palo Alto, AKA Silicon Valley — not 90210, as previously reported. The specific location of the event remains a mystery. They filed under their full names, with the rapper going by Ye since he’d officially changed his moniker by that point.

As for why they went such a private route, a friend of the couple told the outlet:

“Ye has been a megastar for two decades and counting, and his first marriage was to someone who lives almost full time in front of a camera. Bianca and Ye have a totally different vibe. They are very private, very affectionate and totally devoted to each other.”

Ummm… not sure we’d say they’re that private! They have LOVED stepping out and causing a scene this summer! Just sayin’!

Anyways, the friend went on to discuss the nuptials — and even they don’t know everything that happened, noting:

“I think they both enjoy carving out time that’s just for them. For that reason they’ve been extremely hush-hush about the specifics of their wedding day. I don’t think anyone besides the pair of them know exactly how it went down. They are besotted with each other. I can assure you they are very much married.”

Innerestingly, one in five marriages in the state are classified as “confidential” so they’re not alone in this. But despite the down-low aspect of it, it’s real — and if they split, they will have to divorce to end the marriage.

It’s unclear when they first linked up — but it must’ve happened fast! The pair have known each other since November 2020 when Ye hired Bianca to work as an architectural designer for Yeezy. Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 and after dating a string of models, the Praise God artist was spotted with Bianca in January. But at this point, little did we know, they were already husband and wife!

While the Australian’s family was said to be excited for her at the start of the marriage, her friends have voiced concern about the way the Grammy winner has been treating her. In a shocking new report from DailyMail.com on Friday, an insider close to the Australian architect claimed the rapper has established a set of creepy, draconian rules his 28-year-old partner MUST live by in order to stay with him. And yes, they’re every bit as controlling as you might expect after everything we’ve witnessed from this couple so far!

This has gone FAR beyond just dressing her up like Kim Kardashian! The insider claimed:

“Kanye has a set of rules for Bianca, which includes never speak and wear what he wants her to wear.”

OK, the wearing “what he wants her to wear” thing we pretty much clocked. She dresses like some sexist 13-year-old boy’s dream of a woman, forever looking nearly nude and in heels.

But no talking?? EVER?! WTF?!?

We mean, sure, we’ve never heard her speak, like, ever. It’s not like she’s out there doing Piers Morgan interviews explaining what a nice guy Ye really is. But we didn’t realize she wasn’t allowed to talk around him either! It doesn’t sound like he actually likes her as a person, does it? She’s more like a… servant. Ick.

His list of rules continues — and covers pretty much every aspect of her life. The insiders says:

“She is also required to eat certain food items and to work out even though Kanye doesn’t work out.”

Jeez. That is f**ked up and SO sad for Bianca! But, unfortunately, we can’t say we’re that surprised…

The couple — who aren’t legally married, but did have a wedding ceremony — have been making headlines throughout the summer for a string of bizarre appearances throughout Europe. Most infamously, there was their NSFW boat cruise in Italy, but the Yeezy designer has also been parading around his wife in nude, barely-there outfits.

It’s not just concerning from an outsider’s perspective either. Bianca’s friends have grown seriously worried for her after witnessing her becoming a more “radicalized” version of the Heartless vocalist’s ex! But when they tried to voice their concerns she told them to “f**k off” and blasted them for just being “jealous of her stardom,” per a friend who spoke to Daily Mail last month.

One of the reasons her former loved ones view her recent actions as red flags of the relationship is because she was NEVER a pushover before, an insider said at the time:

In Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the sisters got candid about why they have continued to defend and even house the NBA player despite all the s**tty things he’s done! Khloé, who has been letting her ex and his little bro Amari — whom he is now the primary caretaker of — live in her home during renovations, began by saying in a confessional:

“I definitely feel overwhelmed and I guess stressed at times, but I’m not the one going through most of the pain here.”

Honestly, we give her so much credit for being so mature and selfless through this! It cannot be easy after his latest cheating scandal!

Elsewhere in the episode, the Good American founder reflected:

“I’m not naïve to [the] fact that my ex-boyfriend is living in my house and that we’re in really sensitive times.”

While acknowledging “Tristan is in the very fresh stages of grieving [his mom],” she insisted she has established strong boundaries to make sure they don’t fall into old patterns, she explained:

“I never want to be someone that anyone can accuse that I misled them when it comes to love. I think I’m so adamant about that because I’ve been on the receiving end of it and I just don’t think love is something you play with.”

The 39-year-old added later:

“I lost a parent, I don’t wish that on anybody. I don’t care what you did to me, this is something beyond my pain. My moral compass is saying for me to be a good person and be supportive when someone is in need, so everyone do what your moral compass says, I’m gonna do what mine says.”

As she should! That said, in the premiere episode, she was complaining about Tristan and Amari overstaying their welcome, so even her kindness has a limit. LOLz!

As for Kim K’s relationship with Tristan, it’s equally as complex. The SKIMS founder opened up to cameras about why she’ll never kick the Cleveland Cavaliers player to the curb, dishing:

“I know you guys are gonna hate me for this, and you’re gonna hate us, and you’re gonna think Khloé’s whatever. It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and he’s such a good dad, but he just couldn’t get it together in that area of being a faithful boyfriend.”

The understatement of a lifetime! Hah! Despite his messy past, she continued:

“You want to obviously hate him for that. Yeah, of course, his actions and who he was are so f**ked up, I can’t deny that, and we’ve had our talks about it and had our fights about it… but he’s also shown so many decent things and has been a really good person and friend.”

Aside from being a good father to his kids with KoKo, True, 5, and son Tatum, 1, Tristan is also an incredible uncle to the older model’s kiddos and has been a reliable support system for the 42-year-old amid her rocky split from Kanye West, she noted:

“When he saw me struggling with my kids, he stepped up. He started showing up to the games, he picks them up, takes them to dinner, and will always come to my defense, especially if it’s stuff with with me and my ex, and I never really forgot that. I’ll never really throw someone away and act like I don’t feel like they can’t grow and evolve.”

Very sweet! And it makes so much sense. As much bad history as they have, they have plenty of good history, too! Since he’ll always be part of the family, we suppose it’s better they try to get along than make things problematic for True and Tatum — that said, we do hope they don’t let his bad actions go unpunished! Khloé deserves better!
