As we’ve reported, the former couple have been fighting over the parental rights of their three children – 3-year-old X Æ A-Xii, 1-year-old Tau Techno Mechanicus, and 1-year-old Exa Dark Sideræl. Elon first filed a lawsuit in Texas on September 13, requesting to become his children’s legal parent. The Tesla founder claimed he has had “actual care, control, and possession of each child since the birth of each child.” And that care has taken place in Texas, where he supposedly has lived full-time for roughly “six consecutive months.”

Just days later on September 29, Grimes filed own “petition to establish parental relationship” – but in California instead. She also requested physical custody of their three children and a “standard restraining order” to prevent either her or Elon from moving them out of the Golden State.

And now, the 35-year-old singer has demanded the judge toss out her ex-boyfriend’s lawsuit. In a motion filed on October 6 and obtained by Page Six on Friday, Grimes insisted once again that she and their three children no longer live in Texas – shutting down Elon’s claims that the family had been in the same home in the state from May until July of this year. She stated in the latest filing that they moved to California “on or about” December 31, 2022.

Another reason she feels his suit should be dismissed? Grimes alleged that the SpaceX co-founder spends a good amount of time on the West Coast! She estimates he’s there two to three days a week and then only in Austin, Texas, where he filed the lawsuit, about 46 percent of the time. With these details in mind, the mom feels the “inappropriate” lawsuit needs to be thrown out since she “had and continues to have no continuing, systematic or minimum contacts with Texas”:

“The court’s assumption of jurisdiction in this proceeding is inappropriate due to the specific facts and circumstances of the parties to this suit, and would offend traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice.”

It’s unknown what Elon thinks about this latest motion from Grimes. But considering that he previously accused the Genesis singer of “attempting to circumvent the jurisdiction” of the court in Texas by claiming she’s now a non-resident of the state, he is not going down without a fight. Expect this lawsuit battle to get even nastier, Perezcious readers!

Alabama had a great answer prepared for her follower! In a selfie she posted to her Stories, she responded to the question by explaining life online is “very challenging” and she feels “very misunderstood”:

“I’m not going to sit here & lie and say it’s easy to keep pushing, it’s [sic] gets very challenging especially when they don’t know you, I feel very misunderstood!”

So very wise. But, also, it’s just the universal experience for every 17-year-old to be misunderstood! LOLz!

“They’re on the path to healing and to being healthy coparents. They’re both on the same page. It’s definitely not as contentious now. They’re taking steps forward.”

It works out better for everybody involved, especially the little ones, when they get along! Via the insider, their whole reason for working this hard to come to an agreement was exactly that — their kiddos:

“They spoke recently and it was amicable, and that triggered a quicker resolution. They did it for the kids’ sake and didn’t want to drag it out.”

“Very happy time [had] by all. Think it was good birthday.”

A rep for the Wolverine star then confirmed it was 100% the exes out to dinner, saying on Friday morning:

“Yes, it’s true. It was a lovely evening.”

Whoa. Dining at a celeb hot spot and getting his rep to confirm the occasion? They really want everyone to know they were together!

This is probably to keep up the narrative that they ended on good terms, despite the fact the actor was said to be “devastated” by the divorce, which they announced last month after 27 years of marriage. As Perezcious readers know, the 44-year-old reality star has been very open about her vitro fertilization journey when she and Travis Barker began pursuing that option before their wedding in 2022. Specifically, Kourt has shared with fans how hard the process was on her body.

The treatments put her into “early menopause” and overall “took a toll” on her physically and mentally. It got to the point after months of failed fertility treatments where the couple decided to be “officially done with IVF” and leave it in the universe’s hands moving forward:

“We would love a baby more than anything. Whatever’s meant to be. We have a full, blessed life.”

And it wasn’t until they “stopped forcing the process … it happened,” as she shared in a cover story published on Friday with Vanity Fair Italia! Kourtney confirmed to the outlet that she and Travis conceived their child naturally:

“It arrived when both Travis and I no longer even thought about it, and when I had stopped fertility treatment.”

While online critics may not believe that given her age, Kourtney doesn’t seem to be bothered about the doubt! In fact, she told the outlet that comments “don’t affect” her as she believes this was “God’s plan” for her and Travis:

“To those who make them, I just say: ‘How could you question God’s plan?’ Because that’s how I see this pregnancy.”

Even when Kourtney began the process of trying to get pregnant through IVF, she knew it wasn’t the right option. However, The Kardashians star said she felt pressured to do it and continue with it due to her age. Once she followed her gut and stopped the treatments, though, that’s when things fell into place for the pair:

“The decision to try assisted fertilization was almost a non-choice, in the sense that I was pushed towards [IVF] as if it were the only option. The truth is, I felt like I was doing something that wasn’t right for me. My intuition was telling me that it wasn’t suitable for me — I don’t even take medicine, imagine — that it was working against my body rather than for it. I knew deep down that it wasn’t the right thing. I kept telling Travis: ‘If we’re meant to have a baby, then it’s just going to happen.’ And that’s how it was. When we stopped forcing the process, then it happened.”

Wow!

While Kourtney feels “great” physically, this experience has been very different from her other three pregnancies. The momma explained that she had “many restrictions in the first months,” as a “group of doctors” advised her to refrain from having sex, doing workouts, drinking caffeine, and going on plane trips. Oof. This must have been a rough first couple of months for the king and queen of PDA. LOLz!

Of course, combine this with the “frightening” experience of having emergency fetal surgery, and it’s all a LOT. It must have been such a scary and stressful pregnancy for Kourtney this time around! But we’re glad she’s in a good headspace now. You can see her Vanity Fair Italia cover (below):

The Bear star is in the middle of a shocking divorce from Addison Timlin. The actors had been married for four years but together for many more. The big complication, of course, is that they share two daughters, Ezer Billie, 4, and Dolores Wild, 2. Addison has been incredibly candid about the challenges of life as a “single mom” since this spring, suggesting her ex hasn’t been the most helpful of dads amid the split. And now we have more insight into their issues.

According to new court documents obtained by EW on Wednesday, the exes have reached a custody agreement — but it comes with strings! In the filing, Jeremy has agreed to regular sobriety testing in order to see his kids! Specifically, the 32-year-old will test TWICE a day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, plus THREE times a day on the Saturdays he has custodial time. Things are more relaxed on Sundays — he must only test once.

Holy s**t!

That is an insane amount of sobriety testing, right?! There must be some serious concerns about his alcohol consumption around the kids!!

To keep him accountable, the Shameless alum will do all this using a device called Soberlink, which is described as a “professional-grade breathalyzer system with facial recognition that automatically sends results in real-time to designated individuals.” It’s unclear who the results will be sent to in his case or what the consequences might be if he misses any of these tests or it doesn’t come back confirming he’s sober. There’s no telling how long he’ll be required to complete these tests either.

Along with this, Jeremy has also agreed to attend individual therapy at least once a week and at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week. Whoa.

So far, the only speculation about what went wrong in this relationship, which has been going on for at least 10 years, came from an ET source who claimed they “were having trust issues.” Considering how quickly he moved on with another woman, we assumed cheating concerns. But seems like Jeremy’s alleged addiction might have had something to do with it??

After announcing the baby news on her podcast Barely Famous, she told People on Friday that she and her boyfriend Elijah Scott welcomed a son named Rio last year. He joins her sons Issac, 13, with ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, 9, with ex Javi Marroquin, and Lux, 6, and Creed, 3, with ex Chris Lopez.

While reports came out in February revealing she’d had another child, Kailyn made the conscious choice to try and keep the details private for as long as she could since she wasn’t “ready” for it to be a public matter, she told the mag:

“I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline. […] I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again. I kind of feel like my hands are tied. People are announcing it for me and so, at this point, I might as well just talk about it. […] At this point, I can at least try to do it my way.”

Ugh. We hate that she feels pressured to share her story.

The couple managed to keep things on the down low for a while, even though their “close circle, our family and our close friends all obviously knew.” They held an intimate baby shower to celebrate Rio’s arrival, which was “incredible” in part because it was “a really great time to kind of disconnect” as guests were asked to leave their phones at home.

Sadly, “a leak from the hospital and things like that” ruined their ability to keep the addition to their family a secret, and the violation is now being handled “internally” by the medical facility. As it should! Addressing this, she said it “was definitely one of the sadder moments” of her life. Oof.

As for Rio, she said he was “a pleasant surprise” since she wasn’t actively trying for a fifth kid:

“As chaotic as it was finding out about being pregnant again, he’s been such an incredible baby that it really was a true light at the end of a really dark year for me. It was rough [last year] with the [Briana DeJesus defamation] lawsuit, the depression that I dealt with and everything else. So, he has been really a joy for all of us.”

Aw! We cannot imagine how stressful that must’ve been, so we’re so glad Rio helped pull her into the light.

Despite her 13 years of parenting, Kailyn insisted she’s still learning day by day, adding:

“Do you ever really become a parenting expert? Because every child is so different and every experience is so different. I definitely would not consider myself an expert, but I’ve been around the block a couple of times with kids. I feel like every experience is so new that I wouldn’t say I’m an expert.”

The former reality star is now focused on embracing this “new chapter” of her life — which doesn’t include the MTV show that rocketed her to fame:

“I’m adjusting accordingly. It’s an adjustment not having cameras around all the time. And it’s weird because it still feels like it’s a part of my life because it wasn’t that far away. It wasn’t. […] I’m trying to just get used to the normalcy and being able to go out and kind of move around and move about freely, run my errands freely, schedule appointments freely. That’s been nice. And I’ll just stay busy with motherhood and the podcast.”

With five kids, motherhood is 100% gonna keep her busy! LOLz!

When asked if Kroy and Kim could save their relationship, she optimistically replied:
