Now that all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted on the Thank U, Next singer’s divorce, the particulars of their settlement have been making their way out. Last week, we reported that Dalton got a whopping $1.25 tax-free mil, as well as $25k of his legal fees covered as part of their separation, but it sounds like there’s oh, so much more.

We already know that the two are selling their $6 million-dollar El Lay home, as Page Six reports, and are set to split the proceeds equally. However, a new detail relates more to the memories made inside the home, rather than the home itself. DailyMail.com reported on Tuesday that any photos and/or recordings taken throughout the duration of their relationship must be kept private. Court docs forbid the the release of:

“Any photograph (and related negatives), tape, film or like embodiments in all forms whether now or hereafter created or other record or recording of any aspect of any activity in or about any home, office or other property owned.”

We guess that’s a wrap on any more Ariana and Dalton content! Which is probably for the best as she’s controversially moved on Ethan Slater, and the real estate mogul is now busy playing tonsil hockey with Maika Monroe!

Further, the settlement bars both parties from writing a tell-all, or really participating in any sort of medium that would reveal any details about their time together. The legal filings state neither can “give any interview, write, appear in connection with, or assist or cooperate in the preparation or presentation of any book, article, interview, program or other production or publication of any kind whatsoever concerning the other party.”

Well, Dalton better consider himself lucky that he got that massive payout, because it sounds like he won’t be making any money off Ari from here on out!

As far as personal property goes, the 7 Rings singer gets to keep any “earnings and accumulations at any time including prior to the parties’ marriage, during the parties’ marriage, and after the parties’ date of separation.”

In photos obtained by Instagram scooper DeuxMoi on Sunday, Dalton can be seen getting cozy with Hot Summer Nights actress Maika Monroe!

The two were at Jumbos in Liverpool, England — and despite the public setting, they definitely didn’t refrain from playing a bit of tonsil hockey!

The eyewitness who snagged the photo noted the two were “PACKING on the PDA,” but that they both remained “friendly” and “introduced themselves” — but were mostly focused on locking lips! The anonymous tipper added:

The former couple have finally ended their union for good. After waiting a looooong time to both file for divorce, the actual process actually went pretty quickly, taking just a bit under three weeks. Why? Well, having a prenup helps. (Though as we’ve learned it doesn’t always.)

In this case, Ari seems to have gotten most of what she wanted, according to TMZ, with the prenup honored and personal effects and pre-marriage money being treated separately. And they’ll split the proceeds from selling their home equally. Except there was one BIG exception to everyone just walking away with what’s theirs. The Thank U Next singer apparently gave her ex an enormous one-time payout.

A whopping $1,250,000!!!

That’s one and a quarter mil TAX FREE, too! Gurl just wrote his ass a check. And now she’s free and clear. He said in his filing he wasn’t asking for spousal support, and now he won’t get it — unless you want to look at it as her giving it to him in the lump sum option, like the lottery. Which, fair enough, he definitely won when he married the pop star, right? What? Is that too cynical?

One more thing Ari didn’t win completely. She asked for each party to pay their own legal fees, and it turns out she will also fork over $25k to Dalton’s attorneys. We feel like we would have just told him to shave it off of that mil+ wad, but that’s just us.

In any case, Ariana gave up a big chunk of change, but she was buying her freedom. Now she no longer has to deal with court appearances and negotiations, that whole nightmare. Apparently that was a big strategy for her attorney, Laura Wasser, who prefers to settle and get things over and done with. Seems better for everyone involved, tbh. Less vitriol. And that, per an insider spilling to TMZ, was exactly what the exes were looking for:

“There is still a strong mutual love and respect between Ariana and Dalton and they wanted to make sure everything was done right in lockstep with one another.”

Aw, that’s sweet. And then after writing him a big check she went home to the co-star she started bedding during the tail end of their marriage? The one she’s reportedly living with “full-time” in NYC now? A source told Us Weekly this week she and Ethan Slater are “really happy and really good for each other.” Well, that’s nice.

Because his divorce isn’t quite so likely to go smoothly. Just a guess considering the circumstances — leaving his high school sweetheart for a celeb, right after she had a brand new baby, they reportedly all hung out together, so it really feels like it was behind her back… You know… Complications. Even if, as a source told Us, he’s “trying to be as amicable as possible with” ex Lilly Jay, we don’t know how well it’s going to work out.

Yep, that’s right, the couple BOTH sported baggy hoodies and baseball caps as they were escorted around the theme park by a private tour guide. The 7 Rings singer completed her look with a pleated white tennis skirt and sheer tights, while Ethan kept it more casual in dark pants.

They may have been at the happiest place on Earth, but there’s still a lot of unhappy fans, so we’re not too surprised they opted for discrete looks…

ICYMI, the former couple finally made legal moves to end their marriage on Monday two months after the news of the breakup and affair scandal broke. Ariana and Dalton innerestingly listed their date of separation as February 20. But she made it a point to note the typical “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Of course, those who’ve been keeping up with the drama know there is a lot more to the story with this breakup! Well, we should really say there is allegedly a third person very closely involved — Ethan Slater! But beyond those details, nothing else was revealed in the filing. Until now! This week, we’re finally getting more insight into what the pair requested in the divorce.

According to court documents obtained by E! News on Wednesday, the 30-year-old singer asked the court to honor their prenup. She did not disclose the exact details of the agreement. However, the filing noted Ariana wants spousal support and property to be given based on their prenuptial agreement.

She then asked for “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects,” including earrings and accumulations earned before, during, or after their relationship to be considered separate property. But that’s not all. Ariana also demanded that both she and Dalton be responsible for their  ownlegal fees.

As for Dalton? The real estate agent didn’t ask for spousal support in his response, which he filed on the same day Ariana put in the divorce paperwork. However, he did request that to save the issue for a later date. So, it sounds like there may be more coming between these two. As to be expected, Ariana and Dalton still seem to have a few details to hammer out before finalizing their divorce!

You may be asking why exactly it took so long for the former lovers to take things to court… Seven months is a LONG time to be separated but not divorced. Apparently the Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored songstress is set to pay Dalton an unspecified amount of money and call it good.

Also on the positive side, the source claimed once again there’s no ill will between the two:

“They’ve been really caring and respectful of one another every step of this process.”

The outlet reported that the two did, in fact, have a prenup. Hence hiring Wasser we expect.

Well, it looks like Ari and Ethan are both officially set to become divorcees… Probably a good thing since they’re apparently already living together!

During the singer’s Vogue Beauty Secrets video out on Tuesday, the Wicked star revealed she quit doing Botox several years ago because she didn’t like “hiding” from the world, she explained:

“Full transparency as a beauty person, as I do my lips, [I’ve] had a ton of lip filler over the years and Botox. I stopped in 2018 because I just felt so — too much. I just felt like [I was] hiding, you know?”

The R.E.M. Beauty founder then started to get teary-eyed, which caught her off guard since she “didn’t expect to get emotional.” But it’s understandable why the feelings were bubbling to the surface!

She went on to break down her complex relationship with beauty, elaborating on how for her, makeup was always “about hiding” and “over the years, [she] used makeup as a disguise or as something to hide behind” — such as big hairstyles.

The Grammy winner detailed:

“More hair, more and more, [the] thicker the eyeliner… and that can be so beautiful at times and I still do have love for it.”

Beauty trends evolve for a reason! And Ariana’s certainly gone through her fair share of evolutions.

Let’s not forget she rocketed to fame with bright red hair and then transitioned to an iconic high ponytail look. Bold hair and makeup have very much been part of her image — for better or worse! Looking back, the Thank U, Next artist blames stepping into the spotlight at such a young age for some of the pressure she’s faced, adding:

“Being exposed to so many voices at a young age and especially when people have things to say about your appearance and stuff at a young age, it’s really hard to know what’s worth hearing or not, but when you’re 17, you don’t really know you don’t know that yet.”

Thankfully, she now has a lot more “intention” with her makeup and it’s become super empowering for her, the 30-year-old shared:

“I don’t love [disguise] being the intention behind it anymore. I think of it as self-expression now and accentuating what is here. Our relationships to beauty are so personal, like we’re here talking about beauty secrets, isn’t the secret that we all just want to feel our best and be loved?”

Amen!

Interestingly, the Victorious alum isn’t totally against cosmetic procedures — it’s just not the right option for her now, she urged:

“To each their own, whatever makes you feel beautiful, I do support, but I know for me I was just like, ‘oh, I want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines.’ I hope my smile lines get deeper and deeper. And I laugh more and more and I just think aging can be such a beautiful thing.”

She teased:

“Now, might I get a facelift in 10 years? Might, yeah! But these are just thoughts that I feel like we should be able to discuss. If we’re sitting here talking about beauty secrets, f**k it, let’s lay it all out there.”

Well, uh, this didn’t really seem to be a problem before (considering all the cheating rumors)… Just saying!
